My son was sick and I didn't feel like the appointment was rushed, he explained everything and did a complete thorough sick visit exam. He answered my questions with kindness and care and gave me comfort knowing I can ask him anything and not feel like I was a bother. Now for the staff from the second we walked in we were greeted immediately from the girls at the front desk. They were friendly, welcoming and patient. The nurse came out and called my son's name just from her first hello I got a good vibe from her, she was so friendly and caring. She was thorough when asking all of the questions and most importantly her kindness to my son and explaining what she's going to do next was so important to me because my main concern is my kids and that they feel comfortable. Then the nurse that called on the phone was so sweet and caring I believe her name was Carmen we are new to the practice so I have to remember everyone's name. Joesph the director of operations is very kind, caring and knowledgeable. He makes sure everything is in order so every patient receives the service they deserve. And just to say this the office is clean and decorated so beautiful I mean that's a major plus too! So a big THANK YOU to this entire team for their outstanding dedication and care we are so happy we found this practice since it's so hard to find one that checks all the boxes for a great doctor, great management and great staff you can maybe only get one of those boxes checked anywhere else. This is a HIPAA violation of patient's privacy. In the room I know I do not need an authorization for any ct scans/mris etc. The doctor insisted I did and needed to get a sono first. I stated I know my insurance, and this is not true. He continued to argue with me. I called my ins company in the room, and they stated I did not need authorization for imaging. He refused to give me a prescription for a ct/mri. When we came out of the room he started getting quite loud that how dare we show up without a referral, again I have excellent insurance and they do not require a referral. He is rude, violates your privacy and clearly does not know what he is saying, even his front staff agreed that he was incorrect.

Although some offices were better than others, Dr. Gross has always remained a caring doctor who takes the time to talk to his patients. I have never felt like I was being rushed out of the office for the next patient in all of the years I have been seeing him. He has a wonderful bedside manner & genuinely cares about his patients. He is a very down to earth man who will answer any questions you ask, & his demeanor makes one feel very comfortable asking him anything. In fact, when I needed info for a loved one, he did not hesitate to point me in the right direction. What prompted me to FINALLY review him was yesterday, when he returned a call I made to his office on Thursday afternoon. His assistant told me he was busy & would likely not get back to me until Friday. Friday came & went & I did not hear from him. On Sat my phone rang, & it was Dr. Gross. I was shocked. Apparently his work week is not just 9-5, Monday thru Friday. I feel extremely lucky to have found him (at the recommendation many years ago by another one my doctors) and hope to have him for a PCP for a very long time.
