After the sale and seamless delivery, Joey is still answering questions and taking calls to be as helpful as possible. I could not recommend Majek enough!!

I TRIED FIVE TIMES LAST SEASON before I gave up. Ace Hardware in Liberty measured my used shades. They cut them perfectly, and I was on my way.

On July 9th, we ordered an induction stove for $1,455.84 from Home Depot. It was delivered early on…read more(Sat) July 26 with a 7 minute notice call. 3 Workers brought the stove, but did not install it. They hauled away my old stove for $50. Heavy cardboard blocking the oven opening. No oven racks or air fryer tray. I (73) moved & wired (220v) the stove myself. After spending half the day on the phone with Home Depot, they determined the workers left these items on the truck. WE were told they would return and drop off these items. They did not. I would like these items as the oven is unusable without them. I would not recommend buying ANY appliance / large ticket item from home depot.

The person who came to measure the apartment was friendly and professional as well. But the biggest shout out goes to Billy and Emil!!!! I cannot believe how hard they worked to get the job done. We had heavy furniture that they took care of without a second of annoyance. They were patient and thorough with the job which made us happy because we are just starting our home together and want it to be nice. BC and N is lucky to have these two working for them. He called ahead to confirm his arrival window and showed up right on time - no waiting around all day wondering when he'd show, which I really appreciated. Modern appliances are packed with electronic parts that are often hidden and hard to access, making repairs tricky. Alex R handled my appliance's repair issue with patience, professionalism, and impressive problem-solving skills. He was also courteous, easy to talk to, and left the area spotless. It's rare to find someone who combines expertise, honesty, and great communication, but Alex R checks every box. If you need appliance repair, ask for him specifically - highly recommend!

We live in a world that's increasingly dominated by giant corporations. They succeed because they…read moreare everywhere, they often make it easy to shop with them, and because they can often undercut the smaller local spots when it comes to prices. I made the mistake of ordering a gas range from one of these giant corporations, and it turned out to be a giant problem. They delivered but couldn't handle the installation, and then they couldn't take the stove with them, and then the guys who came to pick it up were rude and caused more issues, etc. So I did what I should've done, and I called Earl B. Feiden, and they helped me out, and solved my problem. I got to talk to an actual person (thanks Ken!), and I laid out what I needed (a gas range in a non-standard size), and where the potential problem might arise (it needed to be converted to propane), and they handled it like pros. Sometimes it may cost you a little more time and a tiny bit more hassle (if you consider talking to an actual person a hassle, not a pleasure like I do) to go with the smaller shop, but I highly recommend buying local. It worked out for me with Earl B. Feiden. And in the end, the range I got ended up being cheaper than the one from the big box store anyway.
