Heavy cardboard blocking the oven opening. No oven racks or air fryer tray. I (73) moved & wired (220v) the stove myself. After spending half the day on the phone with Home Depot, they determined the workers left these items on the truck. WE were told they would return and drop off these items. They did not. I would like these items as the oven is unusable without them. I would not recommend buying ANY appliance / large ticket item from home depot.

They were patient and thorough with the job which made us happy because we are just starting our home together and want it to be nice. BC and N is lucky to have these two working for them.
