My previous MUA went MIA the day of my consultation so I was so lucky to find Stephanie's page on yelp. I contacted her and within a day I received a response back. As a bride to be, a prompt reply means everything! I let her know my situation with only two weeks left until wedding and she was so understanding and caring and asked if I liked to set up a consultation. For my consultation she was very professional and took the consultation step by step. She did one eye and then asked me how I liked it and if there's anything I'd like to change before she proceeded. I prefer that way better than the MUA doing my entire face and not liking it. She asked if I had any photos for inspiration and also suggested what works best with my type of eyelid and face. This was so helpful especially when requesting a smokey eye look. I love contour and highlight.. who doesn't? She was able to deliver that and more. Diana, the hairstylist, did my hair and I loved it. Literally showed her a few photos and she ran with it. I didn't want super tight curls with no bounce or flow I wanted a very natural curl and she nailed it. I let her know my forehead was my insecurity and she made sure my side part was on point. Stephanie is so talented and professional. I live in the bay area and found her through yelp. My engagement photos were at going to be at Disneyland. I contacted her and asked if she was available on that date. She emailed back within 24 hrs and said she was and she would love to do my makeup. Fast forward to the day of the engagement photos. Like i said earlier, I live in the bay area. I was flying in that morning of but my flight got delayed. I emailed Step and let her know what was going on. She was so professional and emailed me back saying no worries just let her know when i was going to be there. As the time got closer to my appt, i was still delayed in the bay area. I kept emailing her updates. She would email me back right away. I eventually got to Anaheim with only 1 hr left before my photo shoot time. Stephanie was so courteous and so sweet. Even though she had to move things around she still kept her appt with me. I apologized for being so late. She was never rude or even said she can't do my makeup anymore. I didn't want her to be "over made up" and I liked the pictures that were posted so we chose Stephanie. We met her at her home which stumped us at first but we found her.
