When I first met with Marijane Marie, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. After sitting down, she asked me: "Is the music okay? I tend to listen to random things." I thought was very sweet. I have to admit, it was nice listening to music that got me inspired for my photoshoot. She did an amazing job. She captured the elegant and natural look that I was striving for. She works with you to customize a look that's most suited for you, your event, and your personality. The products that she uses for makeup were excellent. It was easy to book, and they respond to emails…read more The quality of the services was good--I think I looked like the pictures I shared, and both hair and makeup lasted. Unfortunately, though, timeliness is a problem. I booked from 1-3 and emailed to ensure that was a sufficient timeframe for the work. I was assured that the team they were sending could manage it. The hairstylist arrived on time, but the makeup artist was so late, arriving after 2:30. I called twice before she showed up to see what was going on and was told artists could arrive at different times in the window. When she did finally arrive she said she was running late from a different wedding. This messed up my wedding timeline and I didn't have time for the pictures that should have been happening while my makeup was still being done. Its unprofessional for the company not to have reacted appropriately when I called and arranged a backup, or at least offered an explanation other than she doesn't have to be there in the time you hired your beauty team to be there. It's extremely disappointing that something that should be fun and magical on my only wedding day was instead a cause of incredible stress, and the only thing that went awry with my timeline. For this reason, I can't recommend booking unless you are only getting one thing done with one person.
