Rose is simply the BEST. I found her from a friend that has been following her on Instagram for quite sometime. My original wedding was planned for December of 2020 in Las Vegas (destination wedding for me since I'm from Cali) and before covid ruined all of my plans I was lucky enough to get a trial session in with Rose for my engagement shoot. We rescheduled my engagement shoot from the original date to a new date when things were reopening again. Times were still very uncertain but Rose came to my trial session prepared and most importantly, safe. She had her mask on through the entire service and sanitized her hands and her equipment throughout the service. Let's talk about her WORK. MY GOSH SHE IS TALENTED!!! She executed the exact look I was going for and I couldn't have been happier. I am Korean and it's very hard to find MUA's that can navigate around my rounder face and smaller eyes. She understood my concerns and reassured me that we could still achieve the look I wanted. A few months later my wedding shrunk from 150 guests to 40 guests and moved destinations to San Diego (yes, due to covid). Book Rose now! I got married last weekend and booked Rose without doing a trial with her prior to booking her as I am from out of town. I did do a trial with her when I was in town for my engagement photos and I was so happy as I knew I had booked the best makeup artist for me! I'm Korean and was scouring Instagram to see if there were makeup artists who had done makeup on Asian faces whose makeup I actually liked. I didn't want the super innocent look or bizarre eye makeup that many makeup artists resort to on Asian eyes. I wanted a glam/soft-glam look that worked for my face and Rose nailed it!!!!
