My hairs are all different lengths and so short after he cut my hair.. I showed him pictures of how I wanted my hair to be, but he decided to do whatever he wanted. Then I noticed he was giving other customers the same hair style as me which wasn't what they wanted. It was a great service and friendly but I felt like the hair stylist is only care about quantity of how many customers he got and how much money he make than the quality of his job... however, the customer service was obsoletely great.

You can expect to be treated with attention and receive positive results. Prior to services, they supply you with a black satin robe and offer a variety of beverages. They check on you often, to make sure you're ok and if you need anything else/refill. With each client, they all work together to provide a full service experience. I've had a 2 hair treatments, a lash lift, mousy hair coloring, and a hair cut done. All with positive and beautiful results. Most recently, I had the pleasure of Melany working on my hair. Not only is she friendly, she achieved the look I wanted and within the anticipated timeframe. Also, they have monthly promos at a reasonable price.
