Her pricing is more than fair and she set up a trial about 2 months before my wedding. I had her change a couple minor things for my wedding makeup and she did a great job understanding what I wanted. She's also so skilled at doing natural makeup, which can be difficult to find for bridal makeup. All of my bridesmaids, mom, and mom-in-law were very happy with their results as well, and the makeup lasted all day despite it being an outside wedding on a hot day. On top of her skill, she is such a sweet and lovely person; my bridal party (and myself) loved having her with us the morning of the wedding. I cannot recommend Keilani enough!

I stopped into MAC because I have a few events coming up and was specifically looking for blush recommendations. When I asked for suggestions, the staff member pointed out a few options but ultimately told me I could "just swatch as much as I want until I find a color I like." They seemed more preoccupied with cleaning up the store than actually helping me, and the interaction felt rushed and dismissive. To make matters worse, as soon as I left the store, they left shortly after--I can only assume they didn't want to assist me because I was getting in the way of them clocking out. If that was the case, they could have at least passed me on to another associate instead of making me feel like an afterthought. Based on this experience, I'm not surprised the store is often empty.

Lisamarie was able to salvage my hair and turn it to a nice, solid brown color. She was very transparent in what she was going to be able to achieve and thoroughly explained the entire process. On wedding day, she and her daughter showed up bright and early to help a large group of ladies get ready for the wedding.
