Yup, Adele is the best! I am so thankful that I found Adele, and that she was able to accommodate our #COVID wedding changes for this year! She was wonderful during my trail, allowing me to bring my MIL with, but it only got better on our wedding day! She was extremely professional, but also made us feel like we were long-time friends. She was even able to accommodate a last minute request of adding a scar cover-up for the groom! ...now I just wish she was available next July for our vow renewal/receptions with family and friends. Should I ever need a MUA again in the Bay Area - she will be my go-to! ...If you're contemplating booking - JUST DO IT! She'll book up fast! read more

Adele was recommended to me by my sister-inlaw who had her bridal makeup done for her own wedding. I was a bridesmaid on that day and also had my makeup done by Adele and absolutely loved it! It was so natural and complementing to my face. When I was planning my own wedding which just happened this past August, Adele was one of the first people I contacted to book. She was able to handle my large bridal party, bringing along a 2nd makeup artist to get through everyone. My trial went super well, it was my first time having a full set of false lashes on and not going to lie, I was nervous. Adele was so sweet and told me to see how I felt an hour after wearing them and she was so right, I didn't even notice them! Adele showed up on time on the wedding day and was set up to get right to work. All of my wedding party loved their makeup and it stayed on well the entire night! My husband was obsessed with the makeup, as we both aren't too fond of heavy makeup since I regularly don't wear anything other than mascara....if that. At the end of the night, it still looked perfect! Adele is the sweetest and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a perfect makeup artist who will help you feel so confident and beautiful on your wedding day! read more

Adele was so fun to work with. We started our contract over a year before our wedding date, and she was super communicative and responsive to all my emails leading up to the week of. I went to her studio space for a makeup trial and she totally got what I was looking for. My sister and cousin also had fantastic makeup on the day of (they even said they didn't want to cry during the ceremony because they loved their makeup too much to ruin it). So happy to have worked with Adele and can't wait to see the photos! read more

I have nothing but the best to say about Adele and her work. She truly understands what people want and does an amazing job. I originally booked makeup only for myself and maybe by mom, but the day of the wedding she so kindly did my makeup, my moms, my sisters, and my nieces (all last minute)! Getting your makeup done can put a lot of pressure on a makeup artist, but Adele was so patient, sweet, and listened to exactly what I wanted. My mom, sister, and I do not wear a lot of makeup on a regular basis, so we were a little nervous going into the morning. But, she did an absolutely phenomenal job on each of us - got so many compliments. Adele is so easy to work with and really understands the art of makeup. Again, we couldn't be happier with how amazing she is as a makeup artist. I recommend her to anyone. I wish she could just do my makeup everyday ;) Thank you a million Adele!!! xo read more

Absolutely loved Adele for my wedding makeup! From our very first email, she was energetic, professional, and ready to make my day its best. For my trial, she was incredibly open to direction and ideas, but since I am not a big makeup wearer, she guided me to a perfect look that I felt my best in. After that, I was so excited to have her for my wedding day. She did my makeup, and my bridesmaids, and everyone looked absolutely phenomenal! Adele arrived early, ready to go, and was excited to make everyone look their best. It felt like she was just one of the girls hanging out on my wedding day, and added so much fun to the day! She is sweet, fun, and an excellent makeup artist! Can't wait to hire her again for future events! read more

From the beginning, Adele was very friendly, responsive and asked for photos of makeup inspiration that would help frame her vision. On the wedding day, she provided make-up for myself, my 8 bridesmaids, and my mother/grandma. I couldn't have been happier with the results, and I know everyone else was equally satisfied. She has a wonderful eye for color, respectfully listens to your requests, and has a calm, collected stress-free attitude. She was on time and ahead of schedule. Adele was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was recommended to me by a friend after the makeup artist I had hired for my wedding canceled. I was so glad my previous hire cancelled because Adele was amazing! I knew as soon as I looked in the mirror at my bridal trial that I NEEDED to have her for my wedding day! She is so friendly, kind and easy to work with- all of my bridesmaids were so happy with their day of looks and I have never felt more beautiful! I am not super girly- I wanted a naturally glamorous look for my day and she did just that. She uses high quality products, and takes her time with each girl to make sure their look is just what they are looking for. I can't wait to get pictures back from my wedding day and will post a few here- highly recommend Adele for any makeup needs! read more

I loved my experience with Adele!!! She was so fun to work with and my makeup looked amazing and stayed on all day! And my wedding day temp was 110 degrees!! I did my wedding makeup trial the same day as my engagement pics and knew right away I'd be booking Adele for my wedding. I'm so happy with how my makeup was for both my engagement pics and my wedding pics! She also did my bridesmaids makeup and all were very happy! Good prices too! read more

I met Adele in 2016 while she was doing makeup for a friend's wedding I was in. It was the first time I elected to do my own makeup (having not been super pleased with results from past MUAs) and I immediately regretted it. She was incredibly talented. As soon as I got engaged last December, I knew I wanted Adele to handle all makeup for myself and my bridesmaids and reached out to her for availability and a test run a few months prior to the big day. She drove from the Bay Area to Sacramento for our wedding in August and was nothing short of perfection. We threw some curveballs at her (added an MOB last minute, had hair run longer than expected) and she rolled with the punches like the pro she is. The most important part is that my makeup lasted the entire evening....even through our 108-degree, outdoor ceremony. She's the best! read more

Adele was phenomenal! Easy to work with, professional and amazing at make up application. She did my make up for my wedding, as well as 7 others (moms, sisters etc) and EVERYONE loved their make up! I've never seen 8 women agree on something! :) My makeup was exactly what I asked for, looked great in pictures and lasted all day with no touch up. I wish I could get married over and over again so Adele could do my make-up all the time! Thank you thank you thank you! read more

Simply the BEST there is. I had Adele do my make up for 2 of my Bridal Showers and my wedding day. I just can't get enough of her. Not only is she so kind and sweet, but she is educated in all kinds of make up, skin, techniques, and brands. She makes you feel and look your ABSOLUTE best. She did exactly what we asked more, and have us great tips and tricks along the way! She did my, and my 4 bridesmaids make up for my wedding day, and each and every person was THRILLED with the outcome. it's really hard to get that many girls to have the same opinion, but she did it! She was fast, efficient and such a pleasure to work with. Do yourself a favor and book Adele! I can't wait to have her do my make up again! read more

Adele is by far the most amazing make up artist I have ever met. A friend of mine had recommended me to her and after I did my trial run I was sold. I've been trying to emulate the job she did ever since! What I like best about her work is that she makes you look your absolute best without looking overly made up. Not only that, but the make up lasted through the 8 hours of our wedding and even the next morning (I was too tired to take it off the night of the wedding). It is very rare to find a make up artist that not only your bridesmaids love, but one your mother and grandmother approve of as well. Adele did just this. I feel like at every wedding I go to, someone is taking their make up off or adjusting it. No one did that with Adele, because everyone loved what she did. She even got through everyone before we needed to be done, which was great for the day of timeline! I cannot recommend Adele strongly enough and am eternally grateful for my friend who recommended her and the work she did for my wedding. I will most definitely be utilizing her services in the future and you should too! read more

Adele is amazing! Makeup was such an important thing for me on my wedding day (can make or break your photos!!) and I am so happy that I found her. She was great to work with, so kind and fun to be around. My makeup came out flawless and looks great in all of my pictures. We did a trial a couple months before the wedding. Day of, I told her there were just a couple tweaks I wanted to do with the look, and she listened to my requests and executed perfectly. I still looked like myself, but it was the perfect glam to make me feel like a bride. All of my bridesmaids and moms looked beautiful as well! Highly recommend. She is the best. read more

I worked with Adele this summer and she did a wonderful job. I was coordinating a wedding in which the bride had hired Adele to do her makeup. The wedding was in Healdsburg, but the distance wasn't an issue and her pricing was in line with others I have worked with. Adele was always responsive and worked well with the hair stylist's schedule for that morning. She had the girls done on time and looking beautiful! My bride was extremely happy and her makeup lasted the whole day. I would definitely recommend Makeup by Adele! read more

From the first interaction to the last Adele was amazing. Not only is she super talented, but she is also very professional and kind. I was so impressed the first time I talked to her because of how obviously sweet she was and how well she communicated. I think her prices are pretty standard for the area and I definitely felt like her services were worth the price. She also gave me suggestions for hair stylists she loves working with as I was struggling to find someone I liked who was available. I would definitely recommend her! read more

Adele is wonderful! I am a wedding planner and she has done make-up at many of my weddings over the years. When Adele is on the team, I don't have to worry. She is punctual, easy to work with, amazing with all clients, and extremely talented. Adele always brings her A game with a smile and every Bride loves her! Adele did my wedding makeup and it was absolutely flawless! She is so gracious and friendly, extremely punctual, and asks very thoughtful questions about your typical makeup/skincare routine when picking product for your look. My ceremony was outside, and I stood in the rain for about 15 minutes straight. Not a smudge of eyeliner went out of place. I would absolutely recommend (and I already have!) Adele for makeup for any event. read more

Where do I start with how amazing Adele is? Not only did she flawlessly create a masterpiece on my face for my wedding day, she also had my 4 brides babes and mom looking absolutely gorgeous for the occasion. When I was searching for a MUA for the big day, my mom wanted me to make sure I chose a makeup artist who had experience with "mature" skin. After chatting with Adele and viewing her portfolio, it was apparent she was the best person for the job. My mom was absolutely thrilled with her makeup and wishes she could hire Adele to do her makeup for her everyday (don't we all). What I appreciate the most about Adele is that she truly operates with her clients wants in mind. During the trial appointment, my makeup was gorgeous but I decided to go for a much more dramatic look for the big day. Adele didn't hesitate for a second and said "I LOVE that idea- let's do it!". I appreciated that she was open to the feedback and truly operated with my vision in mind. I typically don't have many reasons to justify having my makeup done, but you can bet that I will be finding ANY opportunity to hire Adele in the future. read more

Adele is amazing and great to work with! She is professional and organized and an amazing makeup artist. Adele did my makeup for my engagement party, bridal shower and wedding and I loved it all. I've been in friends/family weddings where only the bride loves her makeup so it was really important to me that I found someone that everyone would love. All my bridesmaids, moms/aunts loved Adele and her assistant. The makeup was flawless and stayed perfectly through a hot August afternoon and throughout the dinner, reception and dancing. read more

Adele is an absolutely amazing makeup artist! I booked her for my wedding day for myself as well as three of my bridesmaids. I initially met her at the makeup trial; which I recommend doing since it gives the two of you some time to get to know one another and allows her to find out exactly how you like your makeup done, in advance. I had a pretty specific style for my wedding day and Adele was quick to listen and thoroughly ensured I was happy each step of the way. She is also very friendly and has a calm demeanor (which is wonderful to be around during the whole planning process!). On my wedding day she made all of us look our best and the makeup lasted the entire day (even in the outdoor heat)! I couldn't be happier with her services. Adele is a truly talented makeup artist; do not hesitate to book her for your makeup needs! read more

I'm so thankful I had Adele as my makeup artist for my wedding! She was recommended to me back in mid-2019, and we established a great working relationship during and after my makeup trial. She was then so accommodating when I unexpectedly had to move my wedding date twice due to Covid. Adele is beyond professional and so quick to respond to communication, and she's amazing at what she does! She helped make me FEEL like a bride on my wedding day, and my makeup was so beautiful! I appreciate that she listened to my requests and feedback, while melding that with her professional expertise so that she created a look that was flattering and to my liking. Her open line of communication via email leading up to the wedding, and her presence the day-of, were welcome and needed. I'd hire her again in a heartbeat! read more

There is a reason that everyone wants to work with Adele - she is so amazing! I was so happy to have her as part of our wedding day. She is professional, skilled and extremely kind and calming. She was the best to have help us prepare for our big day! She helped me and 8 other girls get ready for the wedding and was so quick! She's got an incredible attention to detail and ensured that everything was perfect before she left us for the rest of the day. I love how experienced she is and knows how to do makeup that highlights your existing beauty while amplifying the glam as needed! She did a great job with a range of ages as well. Our makeup lasted all day and night and photographed so well. I trusted her completely and am so grateful for all she did to make our day fun and perfect! Thank you!! read more

Adele did a fabulous job! She did my makeup + my six bridesmaids (She brought another MUA to help) makeup for my wedding at the Palm Event Center on Feb. 5, 2016. The day of she worked with my hair stylist to create a plan of attack, she showed up on time and ensured that we were all ready to go on time. Adele did my makeup for my wedding 2 weeks ago and I can't stress enough what a GREAT investment it was. Professional makeup, especially by Adele is a MUST. Honestly my number one tip to brides would be to get your makeup professionally done as I didn't have to worry once about touching up my makeup throughout the night. I received dozens of compliments throughout the night too on just my makeup alone. It was such a nice treat to have a professional get me ready for my big day, and not having to worry about it myself. Adele is really REALLY talented and can achieve any look you're going for (for example, I wanted dark eyes and a pale lip,yet my mom wanted light skin, eyes and dark lip, etc). To top it all off, Adele is super easy to talk to and be around, she almost felt like part of the bridal party and even helped to pick out which earrings and accessories I should wear :) She's also well known in the bay area and works with high end vendors, yet she's very reasonably priced. I plan on making up an excuse to use her again, whether it be a birthday party, baby shower, or friends wedding! read more

Adele is amazing! I got married this last Saturday and she did my makeup, as well as makeup for my mom and both of my sisters. Adele arrived early and had an arsenal of makeup with her. We all looked and felt beautiful and received numerous compliments. Previous to this, she did my makeup for my engagement shoot and did a wonderful job.
