Most of the vendors were splendidly dressed in dapper three-piece suits and gorgeous, flowing 50's dresses with rockabilly hairdos. Rubber stamps sold individually or in a set. Ice cream sandwiches sold by a fella who looked like he was from Leave It to Beaver in his white pinstripe suit and matching quartet hat. Poems, drawings, cards, stationary, soap, jewelry, and mini telegrams all for sale. Outside had a lot of photo opportunities with 5-foot standing LOVE sign, artwork on the walls, and a man with free haikus. There was a food truck that had vegan options: Asian fusion food. I had a ball and can't wait to go again!

Take the elevator straight to the 8th floor for Reception. Check-in with staff was pretty straightforward, and there are communal work tables with outlets, conference rooms in various sizes, and telephone rooms to choose for your workspace. They also offer complimentary coffee and tea. You're also in the heart if LT, which means tons of great food and drink options just steps away. Open from 9am-4pm, I stayed for a few hours in the morning. The kitchens and appliances are fantastic, and all of the occupants were very friendly and respectful. The property was accessible at all hours, and we never had an issue with parking or needing to use a conference room. On top of all of that, Rabih and Yoann are fantastic gentlemen to deal with, and when we made the decision to leave we were able to do so with no issues. The bottom line, be respectful to others, respect the work space, and you will have absolutely no problems here. Coffee/Espresso machines, fruit salads, ice cream days, bagel days, refrigerators stocked with food, drinks, and refreshments by management for occupants to consume, and a great team of people overseeing the building will surely make working out of this space an absolutely ideal experience. Well wishes to management, and best of luck to you in your searches. I for one, am glad we came across this building during ours. I highly recommend.
