One thing I noticed is there have been a few occasions where I have sent wrong file sizes and instead of printing the wrong images at very low quality they will call me and let me know something is off and that id doesn't look right. Other times I have been so busy I've rushed things in last minute and they have really gone out of their way to not only get it done in a pinch but even help me carry it back home. I've sent many people to them and will continue to do so. We love them! James

The worker , as we discussed on the phone, expressed full payment (zelle cash app) over the phone. This is something I would not feel comfortable doing. I offered 50% deposit and 50% upon pick up. Worker texted for me to send the full amount immediately. I expressed the remainder will be provided upon pick up;as discussed on the phone) Worker texted for my UBER PLATE NUMBER, I did express I will be arriving shortly as I live in the neighborhood (now I'm completely thrown off and a bit nervous). I spoke to my friend whom expressed to not overthink what's happening. Unless he is coming to my Uber to give me job, why would he need a plate number?! This is a store front business... An option was checked by default and it was snuck into the design and because no one was expecting an extra logo to pop up, it got printed. When I noticed this extra logo and called them - they had a terrible attitude, saying most people prefer to have this logo inserted in their work and it's common practice for union printing companies to add extra logos when printing work by default and they've been doing that for 15 years. No remedy was offered and basically said if we want it fixed we would have pay for a new expedited order. If you don't want a printer to be adding their own logo as a default to your work - I would suggest you use someone else. - - - Giving your business negative feedback does not equate to anti-union sentiment please. What a joke. Who taught you how to respond to criticism? Netanyahu? When printers send back digital proof - people are typically checking for color, layout, cutoffs etc. People don't expect your PRINTER to be adding in extra logos to your design.

I googled another printer... I came upon Rolling Press, that was about 4 blocks away from Staples... the super nice gentleman at the front desk informed me that they had just announced that they were going out of business and couldn't take my order, BUT referred me to Save Mor Digital Printing, which was actually much closer to my house...
