SOS came out and was able to figure out the problem and replace a couple of solenoids. Steve set her sprinkler timer to the required day/time per the water restrictions. Her sprinklers went on the correct day/time but they did not stop. They kept running until she unplugged it. She called Steve, left a message explaining how the system would not turn off and if he can come back out or call her back and tell her what to do. No response from Steve. She called a week later, left a message. No response from Steve. Her new watering time is now midnight to 5am. She will have to stay up till midnight to plug in her sprinkler system and set her alarm to get up at 5am to unplug it. I am very disappointed in this company. Taking advantage of my mom. She paid over $600 and I asked her if Steve gave her an invoice or receipt for the work done and she said he didn't give her anything. Stay away from this business, especially if you are elderly.

So I discounted their bad reviews and decided to give Affordable Sprinkler Services a call. I had no pressure in Zone #2 of my lawn sprinkler system. I called Affordable Sprinkler Services yesterday and expected to get Mark, the Owner, who is mentioned in a number of the reviews. A fellow named Nate answered and said he could come right out. Nate is prompt, very knowledgeable and tracked the problem right down to a bad solenoid in the valve box. He had the correct parts on the truck and replaced the bad valve on the spot. Nate also checked the sprinkler heads and found one that did not have a filter in it and he installed one. Quality service at a fair price. I highly recommend Affordable Sprinkler Services for sprinkler system repair and service.

Warning!!! This company was fine as long as they did not run into any problems or concerns. All…read morePhase Irrigation delivered sod that looked beautiful, but in a few days my yard looked like a checkerboard with green and brown sod. Found out that about half this sod had fungus in it. Bryan replaced some of the brown sod but many pieces of sod turned brown again and this is where the problems begin. I called Bryan the owner two or three times and left a couple of messages at his office to call me. He never called me and blew me off. If you want unprofessional conduct, Bryan is your man. His men, Anthony and Kyle, were great but this problem comes from the top with the owner. I specifically asked the owner if this was the best sod to be purchased and he said the bitter blue sod was muck raised in south Florida and was great sod. After I gave Bryan my $6,500 for the job, I really regretted doing business with him because he did not stand behind his product and would not communicate with me. I had to pay a pest control company every 30 days to treat and try to save this sod. After about three months, the sod started to recover. I wrote a negative review on Bryan's website and he immediately wanted me to take it down and said it had no merit. I told him I stand by my review as accurate and that he caused a lot of anguish for our family because of the fungus in the sod and how it looked. He came to my house after four months of not caring and took pictures of my lawn and said how nice it looked. The sod looks good now because of what I did to save it and paid a lot of money to save it not because of what Bryan did to help. I resent any person in business who plays games like this and tries to turn a bad situation in their favor. Bryan has made his own bed and has shown his true colors and now he can lay in it.

in jan,2026, i contracted with them for a shallow well, they came out quickly drilled 4-5 holes and…read moredidn;t find any water, i promptly paid them $ 300.00 for the drilling. i contacted them first week of feb. 2026 to let them know my lawn guy stepped in a well hole while cutting the front lawn, they didn't fill in the hole and only covered it over with the sod they removed. kind of camouflaged it. the secretary wanted me to send her pictures, ihad them but i'm 80 and don't know how to forward them so we scheduled an appointment for 2/6/26 in the morning for jamie to come out and see i and fill it, he never showed. i went wway on vacation 2/7-15/26 and upon my return the hole was still unfilled. i called again on 2/16/26 and asked for them to come out and fill the hole, spoke to secretary again and didn't get much of a positive response, will get to it. another week went by, i called again and a gentlemen answered, explained the situation again, he didn't believe it was his hole, explained my lawn guy and ii have pictures, which he said i never sent him, i told him why, i said i paid him his fee for drilling the holes promptly, and i would fill the hoe but wanted a check for $ 100.00 to cover materials asnd my time, or he could come out and fill the hole. he said if he came out and it wasn't his hole he wanted to be paid for his tome, i laughed and said whose gd hole would it be. he apparently got offended and said he was done and hung up. i waited a few minutes called back and secretary answered, all she said is i didn't send pictures as she asked and that was that, thus this company is not very customer orientated and isn't interested in providing customer service. they don't live up to their business model.
