Very professional and EASY to work with! Also, their prices are very competitive. Will definitely keep these folks in mind for my other rental properties in the future!

We moved to Wesley Chapel about 9 months ago. A few months after we got here, the "Clean Vent"…read morelight came on on our new dryer. We called out an AC / "Vent Cleaning" service who's tech "cleaned" the vent but spent the majority of the time trying to sell more services. Turns out the light came back on about 6 months later (for a service that should be annual). This time, we called VentSmart. Dryer vents are ALL they do. One price for a vent on the side of the house, another if the dryer vents to the roof. Wayne was super friendly and pleasant. He dispatched Chris in short order. Chris was even friendlier and worked hard to get the job done right. That first "Vent Cleaning" service never checked the roof, just "cleaned" from our air-conditioned laundry room. Chris got up there and removed a HUGE chunk of lint (attached pic), then high-speed brushed from top AND bottom. There was no BS, no trying to sell other services, no surprises with the cost. Just thoroughly cleaned the house vent, the vent in the dryer, and all around the dryer seals. Then cleaned up everything behind him. Professional, super nice, and a very reasonable price. Why try it yourself or bring in a company that will try to sell you on their other services when VentSmart can get it done right the first time. THANK YOU CHRIS! We'll see you next year!

Well we waited all day and no one showed up. I called back and no one picked up. They finally returned my call a couple hours later saying he had a family emergency and would pass by the next day. We just purchased a used Whirlpool refrigerator from Mr. Gambino on a Saturday afternoon. The…read morerefrigerator I chose, he said, no I have a better one and then gave us a price including delivery that same day better than the refrigerator I had looked at. Pouring rain but Mr. Gambino came himself and he and my husband unloaded it, he put all the shelves in, made sure it came on smiling all the while. Big relief, because our 1 1/2 yr old LG refrigerator had stopped cooling and none of LG's authorized repair companies near us still worked on LGs. None of the authorized repair companies further out in the county traveled to South Tampa. Today Monday LG corp lined up a company with horrible BBB rating & Google reviews. I spent over an hour with an online agent to get a different repair company to come out. We'll what happens next. In the meantime, I was able to salvage half of our food (some things I couldn't put in the big freezer) because Mr. Gambino was so helpful. Such a clean store and organized well. Just a really nice family business. (picture: Refrigerator in family room)

The store/shop isn't much to look at but the gentleman working there really knows his stuff. I…read morestopped in looking for a gently used refrigerator to use in my work break room. The store had plenty of appliances to choose from but many were marked "sold" so this gentleman does a fair amount of business. We told him what we needed and he let us look, he wasn't pushy and he didn't hover but when we would inquire about a fridge, he would tell us the pros and cons of each. I found one I liked and asked about delivery. He said yes, he delivers and yes, he removes the old appliance. He wrote up the ticket and gave me a discount and a delivery time for the very next day. The very next day, he showed up installed the fridge, removed the old one and the deal was done. I liked my experience because it went the way it should. He had what I needed for a fair price, he made the delivery simple and he showed up when he said he would. The fridge is clean and running great. This is honest work and I highly recommen d Gabino's.

I was looking for an alternative to Sears to fix my dryer, because Sears uses subcontractors. Sears…read moremay not mention this when you call them, or they may tell you the contractors work for them, but they are subcontractors. I did not want to deal with that. Plus, with Sears, they make one appointment to come to your home, assess the problem, determine what parts need to be ordered, and ask you to pay for those parts in advance. Then they make a second appointment with you for the repair after the parts have come in, which will have been mailed to your home. If the parts end up being the wrong ones, you get to start over again. I had read of too many nightmare problems with Sears repair, so I researched and found this place. I spoke with Nelson and we set up an appointment. I specifically asked for late afternoon, which turned out to be an issue. Because of that, my appointment had to be rescheduled several times, because they were not in their busy time of the year. Luckily I was not in a hurry. I know I could have called Sears and had someone out immediately, but I wanted to give these guys a shot. Finally the appointment was set, about three weeks later. Again, this was because I was requesting an appointment for after 4 p.m. If I could have done an earlier appointment, the work could have been done sooner. But I tell you this in case anyone needs a late afternoon appointment and it is a certain time of year for them. Justin came out and did the work by himself, even though I have a stacked washer/dryer unit. But he handled it fine. Sears would have sent two people. All Brands Appliance could send two people as well, but they would charge extra for it. And really, there was no need. My stacked unit (the type I had) did not have to be removed from its position. Justin was very polite and neat, too. And they had gotten enough information from me that they were able to have the likely parts on hand for the job. Sure enough, Justin had the right parts to fix my dryer. It was done in one appointment. And at a very fair price. So the work was done in one appointment, not two, which is the way this company tells me they prefer to work (unless it is unavoidable and unforeseen parts have to be ordered). The business of the first appointment is not just to diagnose your problem and then leave. It is to show up with the necessary parts to fix your problem in hand and fix the problem. And I like that business model. Again, it may not always work, if while diagnosing something unexpected comes up. But I like it a lot better than Sears' model. They also have a 90-day warranty backing their work. I called because I thought I heard a sound, and they said if I wanted them to come back out to let them know. But I did not hear it again, so no need. Highly recommend for appliance repair.
