I didn't have a specific idea of how I wanted the cookies to be decorated - only that I wanted them to be Disco themed. Alexis was able to take that idea and run with it. I ordered a dozen custom cookies with the under the sea/mermaid theme for a baby shower, and they turned out even better than I could have imagined. The photos do not do them justice. Alexis was easy to work with and I was able to communicate with her via email about the order. We were also able to meet a mutually agreeable location for the delivery, so there was no extra charge. The cookies were supposed to be heat sealed in cellophane bags, but they were delivered unwrapped. Alexis was nice enough and gave me a discount on the final payment for the oversight. Her prices are quite high compared to other bakery's I've gotten quotes from. I decided to go with her because of her work portfolio on yelp and the positive reviews. She wasn't done with my cookies and cake pops when we had talked about the time I would pick them up and offered me free delivery the next morning. I agreed and sent her the time I needed them by and when I got the cookies they were almost an hour and a half late and my event had already started. Unprofessional. I asked for a refund of some sort to compensate the tardiness and she said I was already free delivery. I was getting free delivery because she hadn't finished the night before so that was not going to fly. I paid $260 for 4 dozen of cookie and 3 dozen cake pops.
