He then had to ask if that meant he was kicked out to which she replied yes but "at least you had a good workout" in the most demeaning tone you could imagine. we had been walking around before that IN FRONT OF HER and she hadn't said a thing and there were other people there that were wearing slides in plane view, but for some reason she targeted my friend and his girlfriend and kicked them out AFTER we had paid. Overall super disappointed because we are both powerlifters and have never had this issue before definitely won't come back.

The weight room has no free weights, however, their is more than enough machines to get a sweat. Treadmills, Elliptical, Sit Down Circuit Bikes, etc. The pool is also wonderful. Cold - but bearable. There is a Jacuzzi as well with a kiddy pool attached to it. The diving board is open when staff numbers are decent. There is also a slide for the kids to go down as well. But there are also regular folks who are there to sweat and get instruction. the team really makes it successful for all. my physical condition has declined to the point where I am largely retired from CrossFit, but I still work out hard during open gym. The staff has only encouraged me and provided tips and positive reinforcement during my workout.
