Inside is well organized between cardio, squat racks, machines and free weights. Really dig that they have assault bikes, rowing machines and ski erg in addition to the usual treadmills and such. The weight room has no free weights, however, their is more than enough machines to get a sweat. Treadmills, Elliptical, Sit Down Circuit Bikes, etc. The pool is also wonderful. Cold - but bearable. There is a Jacuzzi as well with a kiddy pool attached to it. The diving board is open when staff numbers are decent. There is also a slide for the kids to go down as well. But there are also regular folks who are there to sweat and get instruction. the team really makes it successful for all. my physical condition has declined to the point where I am largely retired from CrossFit, but I still work out hard during open gym. The staff has only encouraged me and provided tips and positive reinforcement during my workout.
