I found Coconut Information and thought it was a great fit because our group loves coconuts! Ryan was so passionate and knowledgeable not only about coconuts but also conservation and sustainability - we were all amazed at the work he put in for his farm. It was so lush with all types of fruit trees and produce - we even saw baby ducks that had hatched just the day before. The experience was a farm tour, educational workshop, coconut tasting, and cooking class all rolled into one. We really enjoyed learning about the multi-faceted coconut and about Ryan's journey with the farm. The coconut noodles he made us were SO GOOD.
