But, I would add a few more words to describe them: "EFFICENT" and "AFFORDABLE". They quickly fixed the problem and I was pleased to pay them a reasonable and affordable price for their exceptional professional service. He told me has was able to help with the plumbing portion of a complete bathroom remodel. His only warning was that he was out a couple weeks. I knew this would slow down our project, but he seemed knowledgeable and based on their reviews competent. He told me the earliest he could be on site was Tuesday 10/6. Over the next two weeks I reached out over a dozen times via text and phone calls trying to get pricing and lock in the work. At every instance I was told that my job was still scheduled for 10-6 and that pricing would be coming that night when he got home. On 10-5 I texted to see when he was starting even though he had never provided pricing. He then informed me that parts were delayed until 10/9. This morning he finally sent me pricing which was double the other quotes I received. I called and said I felt this was all unprofessional, and he hung up me. Home remodels are tough on everyone. Finding reliable craftsmen is the most important step. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy.

Apparently after emptying the septic tank, it dislodged some sort of fabric or carpet materials in the pipes causing the clog. (Why on earth someone would flush fabric or carpet is beyond me.) Another hour or so snaking the pipes almost all the way to the septic system, we were clog free. Bill couldn't be nicer and we will DEFINITELY call him again should the need arise. (Hopefully it won't, but you get the gist of it.)

I spoke with Alex on the phone; he guided me through an attempt to cajole the thermocouple to start pumping out a serious flame instead of hoping the pilot light will be enough to heat 40 gallons. However, nothing changed, and the pilot light remained lonely and unaffected. Alex came by this morning to give me an estimate on a new tank; while here he turned the knob from the vacation setting to hot -- as I had done countless times -- and to my surprise the tank turned on. I'm convinced Alex has some magical touch. There was some positive mojo going on between the two of them, and the tank came to life. I want to express my gratitude to Alex for transferring his magical touch -- mojo -- to my hot water tank. I also appreciate his fair estimate for a new tank in the future, and finally being such a professional gentleman. I will be using him as my "go-to" in the desert going forward.. It was a positive experience for both me and my hot water tank, and I'm sure it's the tank that's thanking Alex too.

Roto-Rooter was a very disappointing experience. They advertised interest-free financing, but the…read morefinancing approval process was unnecessarily delayed due to issues between the financing company they referred me to and my application. I was told the delay was because they couldn't understand the pay period shown on my pay stub. The fun is they approved the financing without providing any additional documentation, so the whole purpose was delay the process to help Roto Rooter to charge the full payment. Also they offered the adjustment when financing was approved but never hear back from them. It was a rip off. Because the financing wasn't approved in time, I was pressured into paying the full amount upfront since Roto-Rooter said they couldn't wait for the financing to be completed. The entire process felt frustrating and misleading. After the work was completed, I obtained quotes from another plumbing company and learned that I had been charged nearly twice what the same root cleaning service would normally cost. Based on my experience, I would recommend getting multiple estimates before hiring Roto-Rooter and carefully reviewing any financing arrangements. I felt overcharged and would not use their services again.

When I called the corporate office the person who had signed the letter was rude, refused to issue a retraction and apology and "hung up" the phone. My recommendation is to not use this company and find a reputable plumber with ethical business practices. RotoRooter doesn't deserve a one star rating.

Next came the 3 person installation crew: Aaron, Johnathan and Jesus Jr. They showed up on time, in uniform and introduced themselves to me. They installed my new split system ac unit with an inverter compressor with a gas heat fan coil unit and installed new diffusers throughout the house in 10.5 hours working non-stop (I gave them access to the drinks in my mini fridge to keep them hydrated) but I was very impressed with their work ethic! They even fixed the 2 pre-existing issues I had with no air flow in 2 of 3 rooms by rounding out my duct work that had become squished. In the course of moving the old fan coil unit out and the new fan coil unit into the attic, the ceiling sheetrock was cracked; they took pictures and reported it to their boss and brought it to my attention. So, Next Level scheduled a repair man for the ceiling and a Tech to investigate the lack of air flow in the kitchen. 2 days later Roberto and Bryon showed up first thing in the morning. Roberto not only did a great job repairing my ceiling, he also repaired the area around the new thermostat that needed touching up. Bryon adjusted the volume dampers we added to our existing ductwork to force more air to the kitchen that had always been starved of air flow. My whole house is now very comfortable and I'm actually looking forward to receiving my electric bill to see how much I'll be saving!!! I found Next Level by using Google AI and asking for the best AC companies with the best pricing and the highest customer satisfaction ratings and Next Level was one of five companies I interviewed. They obviously have earned their reputation in this valley!!! Thanks again to everyone at Next Level for taking of me.
