Upon request, Sam constructed a wide standing metal clothing rack for me from scratch. It was completely custom made. And exactly as per measurements I had suggested. Same always kept me in the loop about how long it would take to complete the product and clarified if he needed more information. He was clearly interested on doing a good job, with customer service being a priority. As it was a completely new piece of furniture, I wasn't sure how it would turn out. Well, the final product was outstanding and looked amazing!! Actually, it was BETTER than I expected:) Same had made excellent suggestions throughout, including the black finish in order to minimize wear and tear over time. He and his staff even delivered it personally, right to my door. I now have a beautiful clothing rack that makes it much easier to keep things organized. I was so lucky to have found Sam's Metal Art Work and am grateful they could do the job. I DEFINITELY recommend Sam for any custom made items, you won't be disappointed!!
