The medical staff called me and told me they were refusing to refill my prescriptions unless I came in and saw the new doctor. So my search for a new provider started but I needed my prescriptions refilled so I had no choice but to go see the new doctor. I had an 8:00 appointment and was told to come in early to fill out paperwork and I arrived at 7:50 and to my surprise the door was locked and not opened until 8:00. After filling out 7 pages of paperwork in 10 minutes I was taken back to the room at 8:25 and the nurse reviewed my current paperwork with my past paperwork. At 8:40 the doctor came in and to my surprise was very young, professional and on top of his game. He reviewed my history and my current issues and offered solutions in writing and all my prescriptions were refilled for a year. Other than the longish wait to see the doctor I'm very happy with my new provider Dr. Seamanduras Navarro.

As a new patient, I was treated like a leper - the NP asked me "why I wanted to be disabled" then she made several referrals to specialists without my consent that have nothing to do with my condition. I needed a few pages of paperwork done and she said she could handle that no problem after that I got a week long run around from the office staff for a week - everyone I spoke to was more uninformed than the next. I was told that the doctor could help me based on the 17 years worth of medical records and most ER visit scans. The paperwork is pretty straightforward part B of the disability so I ultimately had a TeleMed appointment with the doctor himself because a member of his staff said that he would be able to accommodate me. I innocently joined the TeleMed appointment was told immediately that the doctor did not like me and that he was discharging me from his office just like that- horrible. I was referred to this medical practice by my insurance and I had high hopes stay away from this doctor's office. They are unorganized and the doctor is hateful and evil.
