When we turn our rental houses into vacation rentals on Airbnb, it only took us a couple days to realize that the money potential was there. However, we almost got out of the market because we could not find reliable help. There is this national brand that promised hotel clean.on a Schedule that would keep us rolling but what we got was unreliability and no specific person to speak with about our account. We almost got out of the market but my wife found a locally owned and run business called on-call detail cleaning. The owner personally handled our call and our account anytime there was a question. As the name says they are on call 24 seven. And unlike our housekeeper, they are set up to completely deep clean vacation rentals in between each guest turn sure high ratings as host, great reviews, and a service that we have come to rely upon and trust. I can't believe we ever thought about getting out of the market because it's so lucrative, but like I said without a good team that you can depend and trust.,... it would've been almost impossible. This has been a great passive income and all thanks to our super reliable super flexible ultra professional team at on call detail cleaning. Aside from A good yelp review, we gave the owner of on-call detail cleaning a three day stay at one of the properties to show our appreciation. We appreciate Damita so much. Unlike the national brand that promises top-notch service and leaves you on hold with a different person each time to handle your account Dammita handles all her accounts personally I've never been on hold once, and I've never been told that they couldn't meet a cleaning schedule with absolutely even know advance. With a team like that we are in the short term vacation rentals with Houses we are just simply had for rent and we make in a weekend what we did in an entire month. The biggest challenge of that is making sure you have a team that can clean on a hotel standard and it's pretty much on call 24 seven. We've never had one complaint. Thanks!!

Then, you have to spend quite a bit of time sanitizing the can, which was fine beforehand. Difficult for us elderly folks. When you call to ask when the pick up will occur, they tell you they have no idea exactly, and just to keep calling back, day after day to find out. No apologies given. Act like you are just being a problem, even though you have paid in advance for the promised service.
