We called Bianchi Piano to see if he could help us get this old piano to sound pretty again. When he assessed the piano he said it was in bad shape and he anticipated breaking a few strings before he finished tuning but he thought it was worth a try. He took his time and did the tuning and fixed the pedals. When he was done the piano sounded beautiful, he didn't end up breaking any strings and the pedals were repaired.
