She advised that I check out their website for some ideas and to my surprise -- there were beautiful arrangements displayed for just about every occasion. So much to choose from -- and all were so creative, elegant, and yet depicted specific personalities catered for various people and celebrations. I picked a specific one and prior to ordering, I confirmed which flowers were in season (or not). The nice florist shared that she would put together what I wanted and get as close to it as possible given what she had in the shop. I told her I wanted the arrangement exaggerated and loud. I absolutely loved the final product. And more importantly, the recipient loved it more! Ordering was easy via their online form. But even more amazing than my flowers was really the customer service and attention we received from Bruce. My husband and I know little to nothing about flowers. We weren't even really sure what we wanted for our wedding. We came in to meet Bruce with a couple pictures I found on pinterest and lots of questions! Bruce made us feel incredibly comfortable, walking us through the whole process. He described the differences in flowers, made suggestions for our centerpieces, and overall knocked it out of the park. The pillow from the grandchildren arrived late, after the family viewing on the 2nd. At the funeral mass, when the Priest handed the pillow to a grandchild the pillow fell apart and the 5 small roses fell on the floor - not worth the $50 they charged. It took 4 days for the owner (Jimmy) to return my requested call. I was told he took a day off and was busy catching up on work. I did not know a $150 credit had been issued on our $550 bill until I went online to check my credit card. Personally the service was so bad I think they should have issued a complete credit. The only thing the young lady could say was that they are a call center and she was not responsible. I then informed her that this so-called policy is discriminatory and racist and that I will be letting it be known. When given the chance to redeem themselves, they did not back away from what was said on the phone. There was no apology. And all of this, mind you, while a (used to be regular) customer is going through an experience of loss. Shame on Viviano. They will NOT be getting my business again. I recommend everyone drive the extra mile to Mancuso's.

It's an impressive list with a wide variety of crafting options and skill levels. I've done two workshops so far and attended a handful of events, each one was absolutely fantastic!
