I haven't tried them all, but I agree that this was extremely delicious and well made, and I will definitely come again. Our server Simran was very friendly and helpful in choosing our menu. We had the goat Korma and the butter chicken and both were great. Everything they serve is completely made by hand using no pre-made sauces, or frozen foods. It is the expertise of the chef in blending the spices and cooking everything to perfection that makes this place stand out. They were enjoyable on their own. The Byrani was clearly not cooked traditionally, more like a fried rice than anything else. The naan had clearly been baked - more similar to a pita than true naan, and similar to what you'd get from your local supermarket. The butter chicken, however, was terrible. Way too tomato-y and thin, almost "ketchupy" in taste. If their naan was better I might return for some vindaloo or chana masala, but it isn't, and so I won't be patronizing them again.
