I have to make my complaint online and received an email acknowledging that someone would get back to me. No one got back to me , I finally spoke to the owner by cell phone. Three times he said he would look into it. still no answer one month later. The installation inside looks fine, the exterior the chalking is choppy and there is no framing around the window. There is a big gap between the window and the siding.It seems like a simple fix but I now wonder how well it is actually installed. I hope they get back to me to fix this issue.
