We found this place, which is very close to the entrance, but not close enough to be a tourist trap, and we sat ourselves down upstairs. I got the Menu of the Day (10,40 euros), which included the Galette of the Day, a simple sweet crepe (you can choose from Chocolate, Caramel, or Jam), and a drink of your choice (coffee, tea, apple juice). I got the tea, and they gave me a whole pot to myself! The Galette of the Day was a mushroom cream, and a salad with a mustard dressing. This was my first time eating a galette, and I was blown away. The galette itself, which is made with buckwheat flour, was amazing. I thought the galette was just going to be a vessel for the mushroom and salad toppings, but boy did this thing have flavor! Everything about it was amazing, and I dreaded finishing it. After we were finished with our galettes, the server came back and asked which sweet crepe we'd like - we all got the chocolate. This crepe really was just a crepe with melted dark chocolate, but it was amazing. The crepe itself was sweet - I honestly think I could have just eaten that and been okay. The melted dark chocolate was so good. I don't know if it was premium chocolate, but it was way better than any chocolate I've ever gotten back in Hawaii. Our server, luckily, spoke English, and let us split our tab when we were finished.
