The parking is a little bit of a nightmare since the garage next to the hotel is very old and the spots for the hotel are tiny. You really have to be a magician to get the car in those spots and you are literally a couple inches from the next car. We somehow made it work but it was tough. The hotel itself is clean and we had a nice stay. The lobby has a pool table and nice bar. There are a lot of places to lounge too if you want to relax. The rooms were also reasonably priced and I would definitely come back. The area is safe as well so you can feel comfortable walking around whenever. Fun stay we will be back!

The bed was great and they also have tons of TV channels and movies to watch. This location is close to other restaurants and the staff is very accommodating. Internet. The internet is free for basic service and to check emails and light work it is ok. If you want to send larger (1mb) and larger, you may time out and have issues. I upgraded one day and the service was much better but still not USA high speed good. I have been here a few times now and will continue to come. My wife and I stayed here a few nights ago while on a road trip through Europe. We booked a…read morenon-smoking room. According to the signs on the doors, the entire floor was also non smoking. However, there was a vent in the room that was pumping smoke literally onto my face the entire night. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels in Europe, both expensive and cheap, and I get that smoking is still pretty common there. It's never been a big deal or particularly bothersome. But I've never had anything like this happen before. It was so intense and so much smoke I didn't actually end up sleeping at all. I'm giving this hotel two stars because they lady at the front desk was nice and because it was ultimately very cheap. But really, just don't stay here if you think high volumes of cigarette smoke in your face for hours is going to be a problem.

The location was further enhanced by several eating establishments nearby. The exterior suggested a vintage feel and the interior confirmed it. The lobby was cozy and the front desk service was efficient and polite. I was assigned a room on the fourth level and found it to be clean and surprisingly spacious. The work area was adequate and the bathroom was sufficiently roomy to allow maneuverability. The WiFi was free of charge and worked well during my stay. The bed was comfortable and the environs were adequately quiet to allow me to get good sleep. The view from the room looked over a construction lot; as such, it was nothing special. The breakfast was quite good as it featured the hot and cold choices one would expect. In addition to eggs and meat, there were also good bread options with yogurt, cereals, cold meats, cheese and fruit. The dining room was adequately spacious such that one did not feel cramped. My room rate was 140 euros. I thought this was reasonable and represented a decent value. In general, I was happy with my stay here. If I need a hotel in Liege again, I would certainly consider coming back to this hotel.

Finding the place even with gps was a challenge and they do have parking behind the hotel for €12.50/ night. When we checked in the gentleman at the front desk was less than friendly and not very helpful. This was made up for in the morning with a different gent who was super friendly and helpful especially regarding the parking for the remainder of the day. The room was small and the bathroom tight neither a surprise. The AC was just ok but at least it had it which was a good thing given the unusually hot weather. The bar had a 50% happy hour special which was nice. The room price was ok. But not sure it was a 4 star hotel...

Furniture is old, chipped and scuffed. Carpets and walls are worn and marked. There are lots of little things that show minimal upkeep such as badly hung shower curtains and sinks that don't drain well, mid level bedding with a few stains, wobbly cups and mismatched glasses in both the rooms and dinning room. Breakfast was OK, eggs looked like powdered eggs! Hotel staff were not that friendly either. Sink some money into it and update the place and they could have a winner. In short stay here for the location but do not expect to be wowed.
