They cleared out a 6' tall brush pile for free when they removed the mayday/birdcherry and a year later when i called to see if they had free mulch they dropped off a reasonable amount a day later. a year later still happy with the results of the removal of the birdcherry. Ty Manning went above and beyond suppling USAA with all the information they were requesting. He sent countless emails and hours on the phone with them. Due to his diligence and persistent efforts, they approved a full roof replacement. When it came time to tear off the old roof and replace it, they were very professional and took great care to clean up before leaving the work sight each evening. We have 2 dogs and appreciated the effort to ensure no stray nails were left on the ground. We even checked the area each night and did not find a single nail left on the ground.
