On my second visit I decided to give waxing a try after reading so many great reviews. Natale made the visit great even so she only uses soft wax. I was happy with my visit and I decided I would return again for only waxing. Except when I have made appointments she either tells you she has no time or provides really inconvenient even hours (after requesting a morning) without even offering alternative dates or AM times (as most salons will do). I finally booked an appointment with her and she didn't even show up! I ended up being greeted in the most unfriendly manner and told to sit and wait. I waited around for 45 minutes - she never showed up. I can't possibly recommend this salon to anyone. The only good thing from this bad experience is that it led me to find 2 great places that I LOVE and highly recommend. For Hair - Camille's is by far the best salon I have ever been to, although it is a bit pricey (worth it). And if you are looking for a good wax center - I strongly recommend Tommy's -they offer both hard and soft wax, reasonable prices and more importantly always prompt, friendly and professional.
