He called us He said your roof is very old and somebody tear one of your roof material off if rain is happing now, your will flood it .He's so honest and get to the price, he told us supposed to be $24,000$. But the company promotion month will be from 24,000 $ to 20,000.$. so when he the contract over, we find permit didn't include in price,so we we all the permit into the price check one price $20,000. so he say give him a over with boss and come back with us. exactly few minutes later he back and say it's OK. it is gonna change the contract. Say then all permit will be included in the price. I mentioned the permit because you never believe the permit will cost the Sky Light roof almost $1300 for three permit. We didn't know that he didn't know that but he promised that he did the promise reason why I said this is a good company ,they work on time they worked through the weekend. And also completed the request of the inspector to get everything correct, so we can have a final done on Tuesday. Try to give them a call. I contacted Kyle to ask if there was any possibility the water could have come In Through the roof. He said he would get back to me. Later that morning I contacted the power company to request inspection of the electric meter. Before I heard a response from the power company, Mark from Honest Abe texted me to tell me he was 90 minutes away and was coming to inspect the roof. I told him we could wait until I found out if the meter had a gap that could've let the water in from the side of the house, but he said he wanted to come and check it out and make sure everything was in order. He didn't have to do this, but he came and inspected the roof which was as expected fine. He did find, a nearly half-inch gap around the electric meter, which is where the water came in during the storms. Mark went to the local hardware store bought a sealant, came back and sealed the area around the meter and checked the inside circuit box to make sure that the water was minimal and it was safe. None of this had anything to do with the roof and yet he insisted that it was an easy fix And resolved the problem. This is a quality company who provide a quality service more importantly, if there's even a question about whether there might've been a problem with the roof stand installed, they sent their technician out immediately, and the gentleman solved an unrelated problem. They came out over 10-13 times to fix this issue since October 2022 - UNRESOLVED!!! Let's fast forward to May 2023 "We Are Still Experiencing SAME Leaks" after a whole roof replacement.
