My furnace fan has developed a new hum so I searched online for a local furnace repair company and found this one. Ron arrived right on time and went right up to assess the furnace. After thoroughly inspecting my furnace, he let me know that everything looked really good and the hum is most likely just part of the aging of the furnace. My heater was not working. It was not firing up. Our first service call to Bragg heating, which misdiagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate of over a thousand dollars. I authorized the work which was done but the furnace still wouldn't work. Then they said it was the circuit board for which they said was no exact replacement, and recommended replacing the furnace for over $4000. Then I called Maintech Service. Ron Sheehy came over in 15 minutes. The man is one of the most honest guys I have met. Within 20 minutes he shows me the problem. I see the burnt circuit board. He manages to get the exact replacement part within 45 minutes. His total cost was $325. His costs are more than reasonable. He knows what he is doing. And for sure he is a trustworthy person.
