I was a patient at Main Place Post Acute in Orange, CA. They are dangerous and negligent. They deserve zero stars and to be shut down. Their employees leave positive reviews for themselves on Yelp and Google. It's not from real patients. Dr. Biddy tried to give me someone else's medication, which is very dangerous. She doesn't pay attention. I also witnessed a lot of elder neglect with dementia patients! I didn't appreciate how they treated their dementia patiences and anyone who couldn't stick up for themselves, for that matter. I witnessed staff members throwing parties for themselves and feeding themselves while leaving patience in their rooms calling out for water and help. It was really horrible to witness. Not to mention their parties had zero social distancing among all their hugging with each other. When I spoke up about helping those dementia patients, a women named Elisa or Lisa told me to "let the staff have a break." Have a break? These people need medical attention and water, and the staff rather have a party?! If it was their loved ones then they would give them water, but they're not so they don't care. Main Place Post Acute is owned by EnSign Group. Google "EnSign Group Lawsuits" they are always being sued for wrongful deaths and neglect. They also hide under the name Fountain Care Center. If you can't speak up for yourself or if the nurses don't like you (which was my case), then they will leave you for dead. They will lie to your family. The nurses kept telling my wife I was doing great in my physical therapy class, which was untrue, because the class was rough and they kept trying to drug me for it. I told my wife I had to leave. She soon took me out when she saw my bed sores I sent her a photo of from a cellphone she had purchased for me. Furthermore, Dr. Edna Biddy is horrible. Dr. Biddy tried to give me another patients medication! She could have killed me! I have heard from a staff member that Dr Biddy has already killed people. Google Dr. Edna Biddy, she went to medical school in Tijuana! Sadly, as a patient there recovering from a fall, I have seen with my own eyes the horrible neglect and lies by the staff. I have witnessed people crying in the lobby over their deceased loved ones. Why don't they send the high-risk patients to a higher level of care instead of leaving them in this lower level of care? It is obvious the center wants to collect their insurance. Furthermore, Matt who is a physical therapist is very rough and rude, so is Jorge. They do not treat people with respect. Valeria at the front desk is cold and lied to my wife about me getting her gift. She probably stole it. Main Place Post Acute and their staff, Dr. Biddy, Elisa, Matt, Lisa/Elisa, Jorge, and more should be fired. How do the staff at a Rehab Nursing Center for physical therapy end up killing people? They will blame Covid for their incompetent work and greed for collecting insurance. As a patient there, I have seen with my own eyes the horrible neglect and lies by the staff. Please avoid this place. read more

This place needs zero stars and to be shut down. This center has way too much abuse and fraud. My loved one was abused and neglected at Main Place Post Acute in Orange. How can a hospital send some one to Main Place Post Acute when this center is filled with criminals? 1st, my loved one was sitting in their own poop for days. No help with a shower either. They were meant to be treated for physical therapy and was in great health aside from treating a fracture. This center made them way worse with too much medications, poor conditions and neglect. How is any of this legal? 2nd, Dr. Biddy is the absolute worst. She does not look at medical history and will hurt your loved one. Dr. Biddy also lies about progress. I don't even think she even saw my loved one. Main Place Post Acute really thinks these are not people needing physical therapy and help, they treat them like animals. They are so fake to get your money. Dr. Biddy tries to kill everyone, because the center makes money on hospice. My loved one never needed hospice and they try to force it. Dr. Biddy either has no idea what she is doing, or loves to murder people for fun or money. 3rd, the nurses pay zero attention. Gave my loved one a call-light when she has dementia. She wont know what it is for. Left her dehydrated and filled with poop all over the bed. This center is beyound horrible. How dare they treat humans like this. They pick and choose their favorites, and leave the others to sit in their own poop for days with no water! They wont even give any of the stuff you drop off to your loved one. I suspect they steal it since my dear loved one never got any of it. Not even a change of clothing I dropped off. They had her in the same robe for a week, mind you no shower. 4th, their physical therapy is a joke. They give up on you and leave you in bed to watch tv and eat horrible food. Do not trust this center. They lie so much. They are the biggest scam. My family will forever regret having her stay at Main Place Post Acute. This center lies so much. read more

MainPlace Post Acute is dangerous. My brother was here for rehab to recover from a fall. My brother is very sharp mentally, and Dr. Biddy tried to tell my family he had dementia which was not true. He isn't social, but he remembers everything and can speak very well. My brother called me and asked urgently to be picked up. He said a nurse named David was very rough and mean to him. He would not help him walk to use the restroom and only wanted him in a diaper filled with feces 24/7. Since David assumed he add dementia, which he does not, this nurse David started being very rough and abusive assuming my brother wouldn't tell on him. Also, his belongings were going missing. My brother also said the staff wanted him to watch TV all day and would ignore him. To add, to this ordeal, Dr. Biddy and the physical therapists here are so pushy about narcotics. He was drugged. They even started talking about hospice and he heard the entire thing. Even gave me the clear names which are of people who work there. My brother isn't that old and he is too healthy for hospice. This center just wants to hurt people for profit. He lost a lot of weight too. Their dietician is horrible and the meds made him very weak. My brother called me and I came for him. I can't imagine the pain of the other people there who can't defend themselves, or families that are being lied to by MainPlace Post Acute. The entire time this center was lying to my brothers kids too. I knew that centers can have flaws, but this place is dangerous and lies a lot. I'm surprised it's open! The positive reviews on here are from their employees. I found out when I saw their names on the medical records. MainPlace Post Acute is a scam. Very scary. Beware of MainPlace Post Acute. When my brother came home his health got better. If he would have stayed longer at MainPlace Post Acute in Orange, they would have murdered him. read more

We were very pleased with the exceptional staff, immaculate facilities, and the caring environment at MainPlace Post Acute. This was our second experience having our mother for rehabilitation. Minna, the admission director, ensured a smooth and comfortable admission process on both occasions. Navigating decisions for an elderly parent can be challenging, but minna's clear communication and support allowed us to settle our mother in quickly and efficiently. We are truly grateful to have our mother in a place we can trust like Mainplace and they have a wonderful rehab team Melani, chuck and Jorge such a great therapist they treat my mom as their own family... before I forget they have such good caring people in their activities department Karina and Samantha always with big smiles in their face my mom always got nail's done by them..They have a new Activities director named sol She's such an amazing person she always goes above and beyond to help you out!she was my mom's favorite CNA the first time my mom was here her and Martina used to be My moms favorite nurses she loved her and now she's the Activities director what a great job . I have been the caregiver to a family friend for a few years. She became ill and was sent to the hospital for a few days. They recommended a skilled nursing facility for rehab and antibiotics until she was strong enough to be under my care again at home. The hospital gave us a few options, with Mainplace Post Acute being one of them. It is conveniently located a few minutes away from the hospital. I was given a detailed tour by Denise. She thoroughly answered all my questions and concerns. After touring and reviewing a few other facilities, I selected Mainplace. The staff was friendly and the facility stayed clean and maintained. Juan and her other CNA's were helpful and caring. Denise/Valeria kept me updated on how she was doing throughout the 3 weeks she was there. I greatly appreciated everyone & everything MainPlace did for me & her!!! She is back home now and she is doing much better. Thanks Mainplace!! read more

MainPlace Post Acute has zero compassion or respect for people in need and for your loved one. They pick the easy patients they favor, and sadly neglect the rest. My parent passed away because of the neglect from MainPlace Post Acute. My dad went in very healthy and only needed help to use the restroom, hygiene, and physical therapy. Well, this didn't happened. Instead my dad got bedsores, lost a tremendous amount of weight, and passed away alone. No one called me. This center is always having parties for themselves and they will leave the people in true need isolated in a room with no help. My dad had dementia so he didn't know how to complain about the treatment. Because of the pandemic, the staff only allows short visits. I would go in and ask a lot of questions expressing my concerns and they were very dishonest about their care and services. The second I left, they isolated him. read more

Excellent PT? Yes. Have been in other facilities? This is the best especially in PP. The staff members work and say with us to make sure all. Is well? And we are doing. Everything? Right in order to go stronger so we live here we. Can never daily lives who don't see them? Melanie is the best I have ever had. She works on different parts of the body like under the knees in order to make sure we will be able to go home much stronger and when we first. Got here put off to everyone in PT tifney Leslie Gerard Jenny Laura at this time I haven't worth it other PT personnel the CNA. 's I would like technology at this time or Louise Bernice. The Rina can't remember her name. She worked last night 6726 nurse's cats. John arrested an nursery team or also very good. I can't remember all their names. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to thank them .Blessings read more

My grandfather got to Main Place Post Acute after got discharged from hospital. The place is very nice and clean. Staffs are very friendly, kind, caring and professional, always welcome us when coming to visit. My grandfather was able to walk after physical therapy, he was so weak after hospitalization. Chuck and Nerresa were his therapists. Nursing: Kat, AJ, Lehong, Marian, Belen were his nurses. They're a great team with their knowledge, experiences, and incredibly passionate. CNA: Dilma, Rafael, Shannon, Crystal, Anis, Esmirada and Anna R kept my grandfather comfort and dignity their priority. RNA: Ramon, Sergio, and Antonia have always helped to encourage my grandfather with walking. We're so thankful to choose a right place for my grandfather. Thank you for all your hard work. Highly recommend ! read more

Needs zero stars. They lied to me about my husband getting physical therapy. All lies because in the medical report they paused his therapy for 5 days and he got bed sores. They left him neglected in bed. Then he was sent to the ER for dehydration! He passed away from dehydration and high toxins from being over medicated by Main Place Post Acute and Dr. Biddy's incompetence. . This center killed him and lied to me about his health. Their staff has no idea what they are doing and will lie about all their mistakes. They blame the pandemic for their laziness but will throw parties for themselves and post them. This center is very dangerous. The nurses are not skilled and the staff is manipulative and dishonest. Their doctors have no idea what they are doing. read more

I had my great aunt stay at Main Place Post acute after a hip surgery. This being her first time in a skilled nursing facility it was a very scary situation for her but shortly after her admission she was greeted by friendly staff including Gina, CNA and Juan, CNA helping her get situated and labeling her clothing items. As I would check- in with her daily, she would mention the highlight of her day was attending her PT and OT session and tell me all about her exercises she did that day. Therapy being a crucial part of her healing recovery, therapist Laura and Leslie were able to exceed her expectations. I would highly recommend therapy at Main Place Post Acute. read more

Main Place Post Acute in Orange is the worst. My parent got severe bedsores and then passed away painfully, because of the negligence and abuse of Main Place Post Acute! My parent was not even that old and only needed help for physical therapy and showers. None of this happened! The nurses and doctors lied 24/7 to us. Only bedsores and starvation!!! Passed away horribly and painfully. How is this legal?! This center needs to be closed. This is inhuman! Would the owners and staff put their loved ones here or treat them like this??? They only care about their checks and not about people in need. Please avoid Main Place Post Acute in Orange. read more

I had a horrible experience with MainPlace Post Acute. My dad was disrespected, his things went missing, no one helped him use the restroom, and he was neglected. This center does not have a real physical therapy rehab service and no real post acute services. He developed horrible bedsores and passed away from on going neglect. The nurses and staff do not know how to help people who need post acute treatment. My dad kept getting worse here and then it got so bad he passed. They were never honest to me or to my family. They kept making excuses. Now my family and I have to live with this pain, while this center continues to hurt families. read more

I have been living at MainPlace for 5 years as a long term care resident and what I can say about this facility is that the nursing and rehab staff has become more that my caregivers, they are my family. Some of my favorite nursing staff is Francisco Molina and everyone from Rehab including Laura, Leslie, Chanel, Melany, Tiffany, Brenda, Jenny and of course Chuck Smoot. Everyone here provides the outmost care and really goes above and beyond to provide the best care possible with a smile on their face. I was lucky enough to be taken care of when I had COVID when no other skilled nursing facility was taking COVID residents. read more

This place will kill your parent and not care. They pick their favorites who are easy and leave the rest to die. Bedsores, no help for restroom, or showers! The staff only cares about their paycheck! The nurses, doctors who are never there, and the corrupt management here should be put in jail. Save your loved one and avoid MainPlace Post Acute in Orange. They also forge documents. BEWARE! MainPlace Post Acute has the worst elder abuse and fraud. I have already, among others filed a police report. They also try their best to delete the truth online. They are very dangerous. Save a life and avoid this center. read more

Best and very caring staff. Excellent physical therapy dept. good variety of meals.. this facility is cleaned continually and kept spotless. The staff is very good at communicating with their patients as we'll as with each other. My mother in law was there 2 times 2 consecutive years for post op after her knee surgeries. From the admins to doctors to nurses and CNAs, everyone made sure my mother in law was comfortable during her time there. there were so many wonderful employees who made this nursing home feel like a second home to her. My 88 year old mother broke her hip and was sent to this facility for physical therapy. We met amazing, caring nurses that are very attentive. Melanie and Leslie have done a great job getting my mother back on her feet. They really are there for the wellbeing of the patients. They make it a point to keep me updated on her progress and address all of my concerns. My mom is always clean, happy and in good spirits when I see her. This facility has been recently remodeled and is always clean and smells good! I thank all their staff for making what could've been an unpleasant experience plesant. read more
