Even with constant practice and tournaments, the team never really came together. We feel we were promised things at the beginning, but after we paid, reality was much different. Our daughter basically lost a year of development because of this club and the coach. We'll have to double up on privates in order to make up for what was lost. That's if she even wants to play anymore. It was that bad. We left a great coach and good club for what we thought was an "elite" club. We were sadly mistaken. We were warned about this club before we signed with them, but we ignored the warnings. Lesson learned.

The director avoids responsibility, even going as far as calling the police rather than facing a player she mistreated. Abrupt dismissals, micromanaging, and interference with coaching decisions create an unstable and frustrating environment. A strong volleyball program should be built on fairness, respect, and accountability--qualities this club lacks. If you want leadership that stands by its decisions and supports players, I encourage you to look elsewhere.
