ITS NOT A SAFE PLACE TO GET TIRES INSTALLED!!!! DON'T RISK…read moreHAVING ANY TIRES INSTALLED HERE!!! My 70 year old husband purchased a set of tires here on the morning of 12/20/23. He felt a vibration while driving the car to work and call them. They told him to bring it back in the next morning (12/21/23) so they could look at the tires. Stating that perhaps they weren't balanced properly. He took the car in as scheduled. When he arrived, they asked him to bring it back tomorrow morning because they were installing a new tire balancer. So on (12/22/23) My Husband took the car in again so they could finally balance all four tires. He left the lot and drove about a mile down the road before the rear driver side tire blows and came completely off the car leaving him setting on the side of Dixie Hwy. It broke a few of the lug bolts completely off and damaged the fender of the vehicle. THANK GOD IT WASN'T THE FRONT TIRE! They did come get the car and make small efforts to do repairs to get a tire back on it. The lug bolts they installed to replace what was broken were very short. So this is the second unsafe situation they put him in!!!! They didn't even want to discuss the damage to the rear finder. Except to try pushing it back in. The owner just walked away and left!!!! My husband could have been killed! They still have not to made an effort to settle the damages to the vehicle!

He was on location in about 30 minutes and quickly diagnosed our problem... he was able to tow the car and offered to take on the repairs next day. Meanwhile, we were able to rent a car from the nearby Cincinnati airport and continued our trip to Louisville that night. Jamie was very flexible on pickup and had our car ready to go on a trip back through Cincinnati on Sunday of that weekend. Professional, friendly, flexible, and fair pricing.
