****!!!!WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!***** I have had a unit in the "climate controlled" building for more then 5 years.. I paid 85$ a month for it.. it got sold shortly after and I rent went up to 116$ a month, they added 2000$ a year for insurance... i have been trying to move out but all my things are covered in mold.. they asked for pictures.. i sent them, they never respond.. then hit me with late fee for my unit.. tell me insurance covers a tree falling on the building and that I should have had my things on pallets... I have my mostly my dead parents things in there from their unexpected deaths pictures.. furniture... I could go on and on.. even trying to reach a manager or someone of some importance is to discuss this with is impossible. read more
