After explaining the problem Costal rushed out the same day and was shocked that Tyson, who is not a licensed electrician, completely screwed up my installation. Not only was the wrong outlet put in but the wires were so loose that if they had come loose l, and connected to the box it could have killed anyone coming in contact with the exterior box. I highly recommend Coastal, a licensed electrician should you need electrical work done.

Your crew of 8 took 2 weeks to complete (if you can call it complete) a job that an actual roofing crew of 5 could have completed in 3. No one spoke to any of you on your evaluation of the roof, you just showed up. Ringing our door bell at 7 am asking us to move all of our vehicles from the driveway. Your crew started at 7 am with a compressor running and hammers banging with out even notification as to when it would start. You knew the ordinance was to start at 8. Then a package of photos I had been waiting on was delivered and yourself or your crew found it necessary to push it off to the side of the porch and place muddy shoes on top for it to be rained on daily instead of leaving it where it could be found. Leaving the box and photos destroyed! Just like you fabricated me not answering your calls, that you never made. Then for 3 days you left your trailer full of trash in our driveway blocking our access to our own driveway in a community where the ordinance states; no parking on the street or grass. I asked the crew nicely, everyday for it to be moved at the end of day. Just to be lied to and told yes ma'am it will be moved. I show up after 4pm and the trailer had been left again and again. On the 3rd night I left Ed Mobley a message telling him to move it or it will be towed. His response was to contact Glynn County police department and have them come to our home with a warrant. You were denied access after that to repair the ceiling because you don't know what you are doing and your untrustworthy. Why would I grant permission to enter, after your company did all of these things. I wouldn't allow you or any of your crew who the majority looks like they just came out of prison or thought they were kid rock. It's easy to say what you want and call police making accusations. Maybe that's what you and your employees should do because you do not belong in construction. The roof still leaks and it wasn't finished. Your response doesn't even explain the bad workmanship, the inconsideration or the inability to behave in a professional manner. In addition your crew filled our yards with cigarette butts.

He came in about a half hour and even texted me when he left his customer. He quickly got me in my car where I found my keys, and at a low rate!! He then made me a key to keep that would not start the car, but would unlock my door that I could use as a spare!! Very experienced! He didn't try to upsell me, he didn't charge a huge up price on the part (which I was actually expecting him to do). So, although the price might be a little higher than the rest, Atlas will give you the high quality work to match the price you're paying. With other places that have coupons in papers and red flag generating low prices, they are also the ones that I have seen notoriously sneak hidden fees into the final bill... again Atlas didn't do this. If you want fast, high quality work... I couldn't recommit Atlas more.
