Our yard crew broke a water pipe coming to the house on a Friday afternoon. They repaired the pipe,…read morebut the debris in the pipe caused our toilet to stop refilling, our washer to error out and we lost hot water. I called, left messages and texted 6 plumbing companies in the area, Mike was the only one to call me back. Unfortunately, he couldn't send a plumber til Monday morning, but walked me through how to fix the problems. Not just one call...he called me back to help coach me through the fix three times over two days. He definitely didn't need to do that but we were very appreciative that he did. Very nice and helpful. I will definitely use them for all plumbing needs in the future.

First off, quoted at 130 a hour, it ended up being 150 a hour for what we were charged, and the…read moremain reason we called was water coming out where it is supposed to drain from the washing machine. Wasn't fixed; they said it was coming from the washer and had the washer repair man come out, and it's not coming from the washer. they whispered about a couple of things in a very shady way and just didn't seem like they knew what to do about the water backing up out of the drain. Basically, it wasn't fixed. I got charged 550 in labor for them being there from for 3 and a half hours. 30 minutes of which was just sitting in their truck and going back and forth into the house 4 times saying they were making sure they didn't forget anything(they had everything before they went to truck to sit make out their bill and eat lunch probably). The main thing we called for wasn't done. They did fix a sink and removed a dishwasher(that was already 75 percent unhooked). I did ask them to fix leaking water out of the bathtub faucet, which they said was okay. Now, we have to call a plumber to fix what we originally called about.

I had plumbing installed in my house by Bruce Holmes and he told me he was charging "time and…read morematerials". The first job he did, replacing all the plumbing from the meter and throughout my tine house, he charged 800 dollars even. I paid in cash and expected a receipt, which I never got. The price seemed about in line with what he quoted as his hourly fee plus the materials required but then he came back to fix the drain pipes. He did that job with half the crew and less time than the first job. He told me afterward that it was one thousand dollars. Again no receipt. He ripped me off. He has a drug problem, from what I've heard from a couple of people that know him, I found out later. I cannot recommend this company for anything.
