Our Toilet was replaced, but when we came back to town, it was not the same size, so it had to be replaced again. With the repair of the unit below, all of this cost around $1,200. Now we have bad water hammer, which we never had before Living Waters touched our toilets. All in all, an expensive, frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. I would look elsewhere for a plumber.

After explaining the problem Costal rushed out the same day and was shocked that Tyson, who is not a licensed electrician, completely screwed up my installation. Not only was the wrong outlet put in but the wires were so loose that if they had come loose l, and connected to the box it could have killed anyone coming in contact with the exterior box. Wasn't fixed; they said it was coming from the washer and had the washer repair man come out, and it's not coming from the washer. they whispered about a couple of things in a very shady way and just didn't seem like they knew what to do about the water backing up out of the drain. Basically, it wasn't fixed. I got charged 550 in labor for them being there from for 3 and a half hours. 30 minutes of which was just sitting in their truck and going back and forth into the house 4 times saying they were making sure they didn't forget anything(they had everything before they went to truck to sit make out their bill and eat lunch probably). The main thing we called for wasn't done. They did fix a sink and removed a dishwasher(that was already 75 percent unhooked). I did ask them to fix leaking water out of the bathtub faucet, which they said was okay. Now, we have to call a plumber to fix what we originally called about.
