Bowlero is not only known for bowling; many people also enjoy the arcade section, bar, pool tables,…read moreand even laser tag. The last time I visited, I was part of a group of 17 people. We bowled for about two rounds, and I would recommend making a reservation before you arrive or sending someone early to get your name on the list. It can take a long time to get a lane, depending on the day, as this place attracts a lot of visitors. While bowling, it was easy to order food and drinks. However, because we were such a large group, it was challenging for the staff to bring everything out in a timely manner, and some meals and drinks were forgotten. Despite this, the service was okay, and the staff seemed to be trying, even though we rarely saw our waiter. I felt there was a disconnect between the kitchen and the wait staff because we often had to remind them about our orders. But the food itself was good! So, if you are going with a big group, be mindful of this. Regarding laser tag, it was pretty cheap. We paid for two games, which totaled 30 minutes. However, while finishing our first game, the staff informed us that we could not play a second game because they were closing. Which didn't make sense. Although that misunderstanding occurred, the cashier and manager quickly stepped in to make things right. The customer service was good despite the initial confusion. Overall, the vibe of this establishment makes it a fun spot for group gatherings or date nights with friends or family. The lively ambiance, with LED lights and loud music, creates an energetic atmosphere perfect for a night out.

They have laser tag and some arcade games for little kids! Honestly, my experience here wasn't that great! We were told a lane and someone else came behind telling us they were told the same lane.. lots of confusion! Instead of writing on a paper your lane, just verbally it can be very confusing. We ordered some appetizers because we wanted to munch on something. Our food came very late and on top of that no napkins were delivered even with our drinks. The server service is disappointing. I even pressed the button to call server and no one came. The service is very slow and laid back. My first time was disappointing for sure!

Lanes were not cheap and are very limited because more than 75% of the lanes are being repaired. They were even working on them on a Saturday night which was a little distractive while trying to focus on getting your ball down the lane. The lanes were unique and that the pins odd strings on them and that's how the pins were reset. My least favorite thing about the bowling alley was that when the balls were returned, they came at a high speed and if your fingers were in the wrong place or you were trying to get a ball at that time, you could really injure your fingers getting them pinched between balls. I included a video of how quickly the ball sneaks up and how concerning this would be especially if a child was playing. During our game, we ordered food and non alcoholic drink drinks from the bar. This is a BYOB so you can bring whatever you want to drink and they do have some mixers that you can buy if you don't bring your own. The food didn't get great reviews. There was one bartender and unfortunately she wasn't there about 50% of the time. There were often periods of time no one was behind the bar for periods long enough that I had to return for my turn to bowl. The video games are expensive. I bought a $20 card and was shocked to see how quickly it ran through. I personally didn't opt for the glow mini mini golf but that did look fun. My favorite activity was the bumper cars. Be warned, some of them do fully invert! I feel like Dave and Busters at Franklin Mills provides a better bowling arcade interaction and has better food and bar services. This place really felt designed to cater to children rather than adults and children. I didn't have a bad time but I would probably not return to this location.

First of all, I think the price is a bit high for the little it includes. I think it was $12 per kid (adults free) but all that gets you is access to the climbing/slide area. You have to buy a card for all the games, rides and other activities. However, it was nice to let our kids run around for a bit, although of course they didn't want to spend time in the climbing area when there were games and other attractions all around. One other nice thing is you can leave and come back all day long. We choose to grab lunch elsewhere and come back for some more fun. Don't think I would be back but happy it was available when we needed somewhere to go!

There were other attractions but I didn't make note although I do recall that there was a basketball court and free standing gaming consoles. What I liked most is that there are private areas to gather in. Also, I did try the pizza, wings and fries - they weren't anything special but they were good... My favorite part of the experience was the customer service - every associate that I interacted with was friendly, professional and most importantly, helpful!

I went for a birthday party, themed "midnight bowling" that started at 10 pm. So it's not really midnight bowling, it's more like get your butt out by midnight. I think only difference between the all day regular bowling was that they turned most of the light out so it's felt like night. I had fun but I can't bowl its not my forte. I got my shoes that I needed to pay at the end of night, for then the ball which is free but I had hard time finding a ball light enough so I settled on a 9 ball and next thing I know, I'm watching my ball go into gutter, I'm thinking, this is just a party and we are all having fun so let's put up bumpers for my lane and, boy did I get flack, so what, it's just a game, right? Ordered a white Russian and later had their Cheese Fries which were very good for a bowling alley. I think this place is great for small parties or just with friends. The atmosphere was not anything I can explain, needs update. The staff were great and helped us when needed. Kid friendly of course, wheelchair accessible to get in the door, to bar, & restrooms but not to get to the lanes to bowl. There are steps, and the person in wheel chair would need to be lifted or helped out of the chair, but not impossible. It's worth a shot to bring family or friends. It was fun, but like I stated earlier, we were out the door a little after midnight for the midnight bowling! They only have this event on Friday & Saturdays.

When it came to the third game we got cut off mid game and was told we had to pay for 2 more games to finish our third game. This place scammed us out of our third game that we already paid for. We bought drinks and tipped the bar despite their disgusting health review. We of course bought bottled drinks because they found mold in the dispensers and magets in the liquor. This place is still gross and an absolute scam to go to. Penndel and the surrounding areas will be a better place when they shut their doors for good.
