Very impressive store. Also, the employees are very helpful, unlike in a corporate retail foods setting, where the store may be constantly understaffed. Right out of the canyon off of Highway 6 and on my way to and from Moab, I stop at this lovely small town grocery store to load up on cheap groceries to take to Moab and I am always surprised at the delightful cheese that this store carries. Anyone who knows me knows that I am a cheese lover...cheese IS my lover...and I love the unusual specialty cheeses back at the cheese counter. I always pick up some travel groceries and produce and I am always happy at how cheap it is! This store is a little old and not very up to date but for me that is some of the charm of going to a small town locally owned grocery store. You can tell that the owner takes a lot of pride in the store and they have cute flower pots outside and the windows are painted seasonally. The bathroom is way in the back of the store and it is a bit of a trek to find it. I am not a beer drinker but they even carried some great Utah labels for a good deal. I wish that the store had a hot food counter but they don't. I was able to find some pre-made sandwiches and then I decided that a baguette, some cheese and some salami were all I needed. Helper, Utah is a funny town and I think that it used to be a mining town and had a pretty good brothel going for it at one time. Woot Woot! Just driving through Main Street is like going on a surreal adventure into Utah history. It's a trip! We have never had to scan our own groceries at Ephraim Walmart. It's very clean and seems to have a better selection than the larger Richfield Walmart. I've had great service there and never a bad experience. I live half way between Richfield and Ephraim and hate going to the Richfield Walmart anymore. No greeter, no problem, I'd rather them pay an employee to scan my groceries than tell me welcome to Walmart. Friendly and helpful employees. I honestly don't understand the bad reviews at all.

It's pretty nicely organized and there are a lot of products available. Looks like plenty of employees and they are all busy doing things so that's good. One of the employees, Armie, was especially kind and helpful. I really appreciated her. They are well known for their bakery goods. The Eclairs were very moist and tasty. I wouldn't mind trying some more of their assorted goods another time. Probably won't be back here because there isn't really a reason to, but if I did come back here, I wouldn't mind paying a visit!

I visited twice in a matter of a couple days and on both visits the customer service was terrific. The cashiers (different folks each day) were both chatty and welcoming, even to an out of towner. (Sometimes small town shops don't care much for city folks, but I didn't get that vibe here.) I'm happy to stop by and stock up on treats and provisions any time I'm passing through the area.

They have all the departments of a standard grocery store. Deli, Produce, Bakery, etc. The produce department had fresh produce. Organics were scarce. They had a delicious slice of carrot cake available in the produce department for only $2.50 a slice. They also have soups in that section along with sandwiches. I deducted one star because I found checkout slow in self-checkout. The machine prompted for a Perks rewards card number that I could not locate on their website. It would be nice if that rewards number was readily available on Lin's website. I was instructed by a store employee, after pressing the help button on the screen, to simply enter the phone number associated with the Perks reward account I was shopping with. It worked just fine with the phone number. Music plays over the store through speakers like any other grocery store. Kind of sad music at times, but mostly popular music. It wasn't loud in the store. A Starbucks is at the front near the entrance on the right when you walk in.

Stopped by Lin's Fresh Market in Richfield before Thanksgiving week because we were driving through…read morethe area and they have a Starbucks inside. The market is very clean and well-stocked, and has a giant bread-making machine that puts out freshly-baked loaves! It mixes and kneads the dough, lets it proof and bakes it. The loaves weren't ready when we were there, but it was fun to watch them being made, and they were just being baked. I saw a lady with a loaf in her cart while we were walking around, so she must've just gotten the last one. We walked around the market and bought one thing, but all the staff there were really nice. The Starbucks crew were really nice as well, and the bathrooms were very clean! Parking was plenty, and it was just a great experience. If you need groceries and/or a place to stop for Starbucks, this is a great way to kill two birds with one stone!
