Not only that, they have an app with online options to pay as you get paid, or all at once. Not to mention the response time to emergency situations is nothing short of impressive. Being an older home, we had a few very small issues, and within the hour they were remedied. I highly suggest if you're looking for a home in any part of the state or nation where Dwell Property Management has offices, you won't find better property management than this. However BK charged over $800 of the security deposit for various unnecessary fees and they are not abiding to Indiana code or the lease agreement. I advise against renting from BK. Always felt very safe and it was convenient for packages to be left at your door without having to pick them up from the management office and without the fear of them being stolen. Absolutely fantastic management. Always made everything very simple and were always very friendly. They are impossibly friendly and go out of the way to help. I do not think anything is a better example of this place than when I terminated my contract. I accepted a new job in Michigan and they were extremely helpful/active in finding a new tenant and making the process as painless and cost efficient for me. I was actively looking to discontinue paying them rent/money and they will went out of their way to help me. Fantastic. They really care about people.

They also charge you on move out for replacing light bulbs and items like drip pans. They are essentially charging you for wear and tear, not damages caused by tenant. Properties generally will have lifting floorboards, cracked corners, and other issues upon move in. All of which you have to mark or you will be charged.

I lived at 452 S Main St in Frankfort, the unit didn't have any ventilation in the bathroom (or a window) which meant constant mold. (The entire complex did not have any AC) When confronted about this building code violation, denied it was against code and hung up. Had issues with mice and flies in my unit and common areas of the apartment, dumpster was constantly full, and maintenance requests were consistently incomplete or "lost". Do everything you can to avoid renting from them unless it's the cheapest and only option.
