I live approximately 700 miles from this florist, and, I cannot say enough about the beautiful arrangement that was sent to my sister in Fall River, as a "get well" gift after her accident.. Flowers were arranged in a nice size basket, and, the flowers were fresh and just stunning! ..I received a photo from my brother right after the flowers were delivered to my sister's room..I asked that my sister's favorite flower be included .. Not helpful in anyway when I was trying to get flowers to a funeral service. At 3pm I asked if I could get flowers for a 8pm service since it states same day service is available. I was told it was to late to driver so I asked if I'm they could make it and I would pick it up and bring it myself. I was told no- they are making flowers for tomorrow. Definitely not offering same day - rude and will never go to them or recommend. read more

My experience with Main Street Florist was wonderful. I placed an order for a bouquet of sunflowers to be delivered to a friend who was undergoing surgery as a way to brighten up her day. Within minutes of placing the order, they called me to confirm some details--I was very impressed by such an immediate response! The next day, the order was scheduled to be delivered to her house, but she hadn't been discharged yet. They could have easily left the bouquet at the doorstep, but Main Street Florist went out of their way to go the extra mile and delivered the arrangement to my friend at the hospital. We just so happened to be FaceTiming at the moment she got the flowers and she was so surprised and happy and the bouquet was stunning to boot! Ordered flowers for a friend out of state (I'm not local to the area, so I looked up the first local florist I could find) and I couldn't be happier with the bouquet that was delivered to her by Main Street Florist! It was even more beautiful than what was pictured on their website. I ordered it the day before, and they delivered it to her first thing the next morning so she could enjoy it for her whole birthday. Friend told me the florist who delivered the flowers was extremely kind, and that the flowers are all completely fresh/beautiful. Love that it came in a vase with a bow, and the handwritten card was such a nice touch - they wrote down all that I included in my instructions on their website. Amazing arrangements for unbelievably reasonable prices. I have had the flowers for both of my parents funerals done here. I could not have been happier with the amazing flowers that were waiting at the funeral home both times when I arrived. I couldn't believe the size and quality of the arrangements and how much I was charged for them. They could have easily charged me twice as much for how big the arrangement was. Other local florists do charge more, and in my opinion do not come close to the beauty and quality I have received from here. read more

My sister received the most beautiful arrangement of sunflowers and roses as a sympathy gift on Thursday (veterans day) - it was so lovely that Main Street was able to deliver on that day as it was in rememberence of my aunt who was a former Marine. Excellent florist! I wanted to find a local Fall River florist for flowers to be sent to my Godmother's family as a sympathy arrangement. I selected one of the pictures on line and called the shop. The gentleman that answered the phone was very helpful and let me know that if he didn't have the exact colors of the flowers in the arrangement he could get them within a day. That night I got a text from the family "they are gorgeous. My dad, sister and I are all amazed". She also texted me a photo and it is identical to the picture I ordered!
