I know for a fact when substitutions are made you are getting much better quality than what was to be in the actual bouquet. As far as customer service it sounds like the customer was extremely upset when the woman tried to help and ask her what she would like the shop to do to rectify the problem the woman just decided to hang up. Maybe is she had to of answered the woman she would have received a new arrangement. every arrangement that i have ordered may not have been exactly what shows in the picture but i can tell you they last over 2 weeks now that's quality. one last comment i work with helium balloons daily they do tend to pop at times. Substitution Policy Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value.
