The second visit was another half an hour with a slight adjustment.. They didn't explain the "care plan" well on my second visit. Apparently you have to pay for 12 visits upfront. On my second visit I told them I was buying a house and I could only do per visit payments and I was told that's not a problem. Apparently that is a problem. Because I'm a third visit they wanted everything upfront. I don't have The Greatest insurance so it wasn't feasible for me. If you don't have low co-pays. Or if you are not retired. I would look elsewhere. On a positive note they were all very nice. But you think they'd work with people that had higher co-pays.

I wish I'd read the money hungry reviews before signing up for $5,000 decompression therapy that is not covered by insurance and you HAVE TO PAY $5,000 UPFRONT. After two 20 minute visits, I cancelled and was charged $734 for 40 minutes of "treatment". My 1st visit to try it out, if I'd left and not signed up, I would not have been charged $369 for 20 minutes of "treatment" If I'd finished the decompression therapy (which is basically traction, now that I've had both I realize that except traction is a covered benefit with insurance) and not have had results, none of the $5,000 PAY UPFRONT would be returned. Live and learn, but as a senior citizen on a fixed income, it was extremely disappointing and surprising that I was charged for both visits, as the 1st visit was a trial.
