I have tried KTips, weave, tape in, wire halo, and clip-ins from Bellami. I get headaches because of the weight of the extensions... imagine adding weight to only a few stands of hair (for your entire head) and if it's not applied properly - it really hurts and it damages your natural hair! Worst of all, they fall off quickly, even though they're supposed to last at least two months. Taylor was SO amazing - I had such a great experience! I was in awe when he was braiding my extensions. Imagine the amount of skill, precision, and intricacy needed to braid 1mm of hair into more hair! AND it's not glued so it doesn't cause more damage. I have fine hair and I put extensions in for fullness since my hair is already relatively long. I got 50g of 20" hair, and I don't feel a thing! Taylor only took 90 minutes to install. Even after I washed my hair, I let it air dry and it looks natural. I'm extremely impressed! Since my head doesn't hurt, I'm going to try 100g next time. There was also a lady there (didn't get her name) who was also super nice and hospitable, she even gave me a delicious cup of coffee. The inside of the salon is modern, clean, and pretty!

The owner repeatedly said my card payment didn't go through, even though it did, and ended up charging my card twice. On top of that, he had me send him $15 through Zelle anyway. He assured me that if the charges showed up, I could contact him and he would send the money back. The next day, both charges were posted to my account, so I reached out to him as instructed. He then told me he needed to wait until Monday to go to the bank. When Monday came, he completely changed his story, claimed the charges were not showing on his end, and told me to dispute it with my bank instead. This situation was extremely inconvenient and unnecessary. I should not have had to go through the hassle of filing a dispute for a mistake that was clearly made in-store. Because of this, my account went into overdraft, and now I have to deal with my bank issuing a new card, leaving me temporarily unable to use my account. Beyond the financial inconvenience, the lack of accountability and empathy from the owner was very disappointing. He did not take responsibility and was very dismissive, despite not knowing my situation. If you cannot properly operate your POS system or handle transactions correctly, you should not be running a business. This experience was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this store to anyone

I went on a Sunday afternoon to look for clip in extensions for an upcoming wedding and was not disappointed. I was helped by an older man who appeared to manage the nail shop next door. It didn't seem like he was super knowledgeable of the hair extensions since he works next door, but luckily I knew what I wanted. He actually matched my hair tone to some extension choices very well. He was polite and helpful throughout my visit. After helping me for less than ten minutes I found exactly what I needed. I was very surprised they offered ombre style clip ins so those are what I bought since my hair is blonde balayage/ombre. I tried them on at home and the quality of the clip in hair extensions are amazing! I can't wait to style and wear them to the wedding. Reservation fee: He required a $50 reservation fee via Zelle, that went towards service. Franks assistant might work on your hair with him and in his place: He used me to train his assistant, Eliana, how to do the balayage with him and also in his place when he needed to tend to another client he was still working on. She was sweet and helpful, and the highlights turned out good under Frank's supervision. He uses a method of teasing the root, spraying it with hairspray, and then applying the lightening mixture, to get that seamless look. Eliana also did my haircut which was unexpected since I booked with Frank, not his assistant. It took her a while to cut it, and it turned out just ok. From what she said she is newer to the industry unlike Frank with many more years of experience. Time: It took about 5 hours for the balayage, toner, and cut. Overpaying at this salon: Another stylist in the salon was rudely talking about how much more she was charging new clients compared to old clients. Frank kept a neutral vibe while she ranted on about not needing anyone if they don't want to pay her higher price. This didn't sit well due to the fact that I paid hundreds more at this salon to see Frank than I have anywhere else to get my hair done. She didn't mention anything about her expenses going up due to inflation, just that she's making so much more from new clients now. The combined total to Frank and Eliana was $562.00 for the cut, balayage, toner and tips to each. I won't be returning as the experience and result was not stellar for the premium price. For the same service, my previous hairdresser in Pasadena was in the mid-high 300s w/tip (and this was after raising her prices a few years ago- it used to be low 300s) and my new hairdresser in Rancho Cucamonga is in the low 300s w/tip.
