Against my better judgment, I decided to give them a shot since Caesar's is closed for Chinese New Year. That was a mistake. Here is why I won't be back: Dishonesty about Skill: I asked three separate times if the barber could do a flat top. He aggravatedly said he could. After a long, painful process, I walked out with a basic crew cut. If you can't do a specific style, just say so. Dull Equipment: It felt like his scissors and electric cutters haven't been sharpened in years. My hair was being pulled and yanked the entire time. It was incredibly uncomfortable. Here is a the weirdest part, you have to lean out of the chair, face-down into a sink for the shampoo. His assistant uses Dove bar soap on your head while alternating between ice-cold and scalding-hot water that runs straight up your nose, since you are face down. After charging $25 for the cut he clearly didnt deliver on, he actually asks for a tip...well, he said, "what? No tip?" I only have myself to blame for trusting him, but take my advice: if you value your hair (and dont like your hair pulled or your nose being flooded with hand soap), wait for your regular barber to get back or go literally anywhere else.

Wow, I just had the most amazing haircut experience at Friends Barbershop with the talented stylist, Leanne! From the moment I stepped in, the place exuded cool vibes, and to top it off, there was no wait time. Leanne is a true hair artist! She not only understood exactly what I wanted but also sprinkled her magic touch, making brilliant suggestions that elevated my look to a whole new level. Plus, the conversation flowed effortlessly throughout the cut, making it such a pleasant and enjoyable experience. The final result was simply jaw-dropping. I can't help but give it a glowing 7 out of 5 stars! I feel like a million bucks with this fresh new style - all thanks to Leanne's exceptional skills. As I stepped out of Friends Barbershop, compliments started pouring in on my awesome new haircut. Leanne's artistry truly shines, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. No doubt about it - I've found my go-to spot for all future haircuts. Friends Barbershop and Leanne are a winning combo, and I can't wait to see what magic she works on my hair next time! A massive shoutout to Leanne and Friends Barbershop - you've earned yourself a loyal and thrilled customer. read more
