Update: The Doctor is amazing and understanding as well as the staff that took me back and talked…read moreto me! They were all super understanding and listened to me. That is why this review is 3 stars! For them alone I WISH I could give this place 5. However, as I was leaving my follow up the receptionists laughed at me like they were annoyed at me. One of them scoffed and the other kept making faces the entire time I was trying to schedule an appointment. Again, I am just a person trying to navigate a workers comp claim and majority of people I've interacted with during this process have been kind and understanding, some have done nothing but left me in tears and not wanting to contact the office for any questions. It costs nothing to be nice. ------------------ Dr. Charles was super nice however, the person I've spoked to both times on the phone for my workers comp claim has been unhelpful and argumentative when I was trying to update some paperwork so that I could be paid through my company for my missed work due to my injury and when I was trying to make the initial appointment and give them my information for an appointment. When making the appointment she seemed mad at me the entire time. I've never had to do a workers comp claim this extensive before so I was confused. The tone in her voice made the conversation rough, but I brushed it off. Then, when I was trying to change the paperwork from 'can't return to work' to 'light duty' so I could watch videos at home for light duty and get paid through my company and not have to go through workers comp insurance she refused to help me. Even once I explained that light duty is only videos at home. She kept repeating 'why would the doctor do that' and said she would have him contact me to discuss it further but after looking up my file she said "it said can't return to work he isn't going to change it." I believe she refused to make a note on file for him to contact me due to that. I believe her name is Melinda. She is who I have had the unfortunate privilege to speak to everytime I've had to contact the doctors office. I now have anxiety every time I have to call her due to how she has treated me over a workers comp claim. I ended up in tears after the conversation and besides my follow-up appointments I refuse to do PT in that office and had to find a different PT office elsewhere. Also has been over a week since my appointment and I still haven't recieved my cold therapy unit!

I recently had a bad fall and had to have surgery on my ankle, followed by a long healing process…read more I didn't have a contact for PT in the area, so when I asked for some advice I got connected to Mike who helped me understand what would be next for me with therapy. We had a great conversation and I decided to make an appointment with Josh to get started. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Josh and the treatment plan I worked through with him. the 1-on-1 approach they have here is perfect for my easily distracted mind. He explained everything I would be doing, what I could expect, and truly made me comfortable knowing what was happening with my ankle. The sessions were perfectly put together for me, challenging when needed but clearly put together to meet my abilities at the time. I felt stronger every time I left! AND the sessions were fun - truly! Josh made the time pass quickly by chatting about different things and keeping my mind occupied. I absolutely lost count multiple times during sessions, and probably did a few more reps than I needed to, but the great conversations made it worth it! The staff here is clearly knowledgeable and knows what they're doing. I have had PT before and never felt like I actually accomplished what's I was there for - and this time I did. I would absolutely recommend this team to anyone looking for a therapist in the West Chester area, you cannot go wrong with this crew!
