Pluses were that he was apparently a good driver and they made it in time but still: unnecessary agita in terms of booking and the lack of communication about being delayed.

On the return, though takeoff had been delayed, we arrived an hour earlier than scheduled. I was concerned because my physical condition had altered and waiting would be difficult. The driver had already checked the flight and changes. He made the necessary changes to be in time, handled the baggage and my anxiety. Though it was almost rush hour, he still provided that comfortable, smooth and confident drive. I am not usually comfortable with other peoples driving.
