On the return, though takeoff had been delayed, we arrived an hour earlier than scheduled. I was concerned because my physical condition had altered and waiting would be difficult. The driver had already checked the flight and changes. He made the necessary changes to be in time, handled the baggage and my anxiety. Though it was almost rush hour, he still provided that comfortable, smooth and confident drive. I am not usually comfortable with other peoples driving. Again with the weaving in and out of traffic and cutting people off, just not as bad. The driver's attitude stunk. He was not apologetic. He had the opportunity to make up his lack of professionalism on the return trip and he just did the same thing. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I wouldn't want someone else to have a bad experience like this, waste your money, almost miss your cruise, and be in danger with poor driving. Just not good.
