I was having some pretty severe stiffness in my lower back. I've always been a little afraid to go to a chiropractor. wasn't very comfortable with having my neck adjusted but, from the neck down to your lower back is all connected and it is necessary to adjust all of that area. after 3 adjustments I had very little discomfort In my back and could stand up straight with no stiffness.
