Thank god I didn't pay almost $9 for this "shake"! I have been here once in the last 4 years and signed up for their rewards. Today I used my birthday freebie and now I remember why I never came back the last 3 years. I got a brownie batter "shake" and the girl told me their "shakes" are literally ice, water and protein powder. IM SORRY WHAT? How can they even claim it's a "shake"? This has got to be the most tasteless "shake" I've ever had in my life and when she gave it to me it was already melting. This picture is taken right when I hopped into my car. Not my cup of tea. (Er...or protein) I'm not a fan of plant-based protein powders and it's in EVERYTHING. So if you can get past the plant-based taste, you'll be fine. The shake and smoothie bowl were okay, but nothing special. The service was pretty awful. But there was only one teenager working, so I should have kept my expectations low. If you love a delicious shake after a workout then this is the place! The worker was so friendly and helped me decide which flavor because they have so many to offer. Worst smoothie bowl! The regular smoothies are okay but below average. I've never had their food. Stopped here on my way home from the gym because it's convenient. I usually get a smoothie but decided to try a bowl. The smoothie bowl I got had big chunks of ice in it. It was the worst I've ever had. If you want a good smoothie bowl around here go to Boise Juice or Bowl of Heaven. Both of those are worth the drive. Sol is close to me but I'll just take the trip somewhere else. read more

You really can't beat a good healthy shake! When I moved to the area, I wasn't sure if the treasure valley had shake shops like Good n Healthy.. and boy oh boy am I glad I found this gem! Not only are they close to my house, but their hours are incredibly reasonable. I've been back twice now, and I am looking forward to future shake and tea days. The gals really help direct you with what would be a good shake and or tea option. I do recommend getting both tea and shake, especially if you are using it as a meal replacement. You could skip the coffee too ! So far I have had the thin mint shake (easy "go-to") and the pina colada per recommendation. The pina colada was super good and wasn't overly sweet! I unfortunately can't come in every morning like I would want due to my work schedule (and being at work at 7am) but I am looking forward to my next visit already! read more
