Not my cup of tea. (Er...or protein) I'm not a fan of plant-based protein powders and it's in EVERYTHING. So if you can get past the plant-based taste, you'll be fine. The shake and smoothie bowl were okay, but nothing special. The service was pretty awful. But there was only one teenager working, so I should have kept my expectations low. Sol Nutrition is a nice alternative to the usual fast food scene, but the execution fell short for me. read more

Thank god I didn't pay almost $9 for this "shake"! I have been here once in the last 4 years and signed up for their rewards. Today I used my birthday freebie and now I remember why I never came back the last 3 years. I got a brownie batter "shake" and the girl told me their "shakes" are literally ice, water and protein powder. IM SORRY WHAT? How can they even claim it's a "shake"? This has got to be the most tasteless "shake" I've ever had in my life and when she gave it to me it was already melting. This picture is taken right when I hopped into my car. I cannot believe they are charging $8.50 for ice, water, and protein powder. No wonder this place always looks closed from Overland, not a Sol in there ever. read more

If you love a delicious shake after a workout then this is the place! The worker was so friendly and helped me decide which flavor because they have so many to offer. I got birthday cake and it tastes just like CAKE! The protein donut was so yummy and had. A great texture! They have teas, waffles, and bowls too! I can't wait to come back and try something else! read more

Smoothie just tasted like protein powder and milk. Tasted nothing of the fruit ordered, waste of $9.

Sol nutrition has healthy treats you can actually trust to be healthy! Most smoothie places advertise "healthy" shakes but use ingredients like sorbet and juice which contain tons of added sugar. Sol uses Herbalife products and natural ingredients to make shakes and smoothie bowls that are packed with protein. The inside is super modern and trendy and the staff was nice and made my order fast! read more

Fruit smoothy tasted like a cheap protein shake I'd throw together at home with fake 'fruit flavored' syrup. Tasted awful and WAY overpriced at $9. read more

So glad I don't live near this place because I would go here everyday. Delicious and protein packed smoothie. I dream about it and can't wait to drive up to this area! Also tried the mini donuts today and they were delicious! read more

Worst smoothie bowl! The regular smoothies are okay but below average. I've never had their food. Stopped here on my way home from the gym because it's convenient. I usually get a smoothie but decided to try a bowl. The smoothie bowl I got had big chunks of ice in it. It was the worst I've ever had. If you want a good smoothie bowl around here go to Boise Juice or Bowl of Heaven. Both of those are worth the drive. Sol is close to me but I'll just take the trip somewhere else. read more

Absolutely delish shakes, bowls and teas. The service is always so friendly and helpful when I come in. I definitely love this place and will be back probably too much! :) read more

You really can't beat a good healthy shake! When I moved to the area, I wasn't sure if the treasure valley had shake shops like Good n Healthy.. and boy oh boy am I glad I found this gem! Not only are they close to my house, but their hours are incredibly reasonable. I've been back twice now, and I am looking forward to future shake and tea days. The gals really help direct you with what would be a good shake and or tea option. I do recommend getting both tea and shake, especially if you are using it as a meal replacement. You could skip the coffee too ! So far I have had the thin mint shake (easy "go-to") and the pina colada per recommendation. The pina colada was super good and wasn't overly sweet! I unfortunately can't come in every morning like I would want due to my work schedule (and being at work at 7am) but I am looking forward to my next visit already! read more

Never even Heard of this place, until today while looking for a place to get a good smoothie. This is a great place to try something new that is actually really healthy for you. Staff is really friendly and really want you to like what you order. There is no added sugars, and real fruit is used. read more

I love that I don't have to think about my post workout nutrition every day, because Good N Healthy has it handled with their complete meal-replacement smoothies. They are definitely the best smoothie shop in Meridian (and Boise for that matter). It starts from the moment you walk in. The staff gives the warmest of welcomes and makes you feel at home right away with a complimentary aloe shot (mango or cranberry to choose from) and a warm or cold green tea blend in one of 6 flavors. Dozens of flavors of delicious smoothies to choose from, but don't let the menu overwhelm you... I highly recommend the peanut butter cookie, fruity pebbles (yes, it tastes exactly like the cereal) or pumpkin-blueberry to start. The smoothies are low calorie, low sugar, and packed with protein and other essential nutrients. Warning: you may feel like you're cheating but you're not. read more

This place is awesome. I feel very healthy and energized. I'm a vegetarian and here visiting my grandma so finding a veggie based juice bar and energy source other than coffee is awesome! Stopped by to check them out. Was wonderfully surprised, the aloe shot, cinnamon teas, and The Berry Splash (?) was WONDERFUL! The staff takes the time to tell you about their products and its nice to have a lot of options. I will be back lots, and when my wife gets back in town, WE will be in. Stopped by today, 2/9/2017 and saw Brittany. Mentioned I was on lunch from Boise. She made my Fruity Pebbles (yes a drink that tastes like the cereal), quickly, I paid and I think I spent 5 minutes there. I felt so much better after drinking the aloe, tea and drink! Really disappointed in this place. The shakes are chalky and melt really fast. The service is unfriendly. Also they don't have an option to just get a shake. If you don't want the tea or aloe they will not accommodate your request. read more
