I get letters from state farm that Nathan and his staff say come from corporate, they have no knowledge? Last and final straw, over the past 5 yrs State farm says I have used my road side service, that I pay for, too many times. 5 times to be exact, in 5 yrs, with 2 separate cars! I had my car and home under them! Well no more, as of the 4th, bye bye state farm! My premium, WITH roadside assistance is over 100$ less! And it seems the email I sent to the office staff stating I was canceling my insurance due to State farms canceling my roadside service in Sept seemed to just pass understanding, of course no one called me to clarify! They allowed my premium to be taken from my account, although they should NOT have, AND, on top of that, it appears unknown to me, my premium had been raised 40$!!! UNREAL!
