The woman at the front desk emailed me multiple times asking me if I really want to cancel, how much they are chary and all sorts of questions. Then when it came time to cancel it was the most difficult thing to do with the woman that kept sending me emails. I was supposed to sign something but she did not give good instructions and or sent it properly. It took about 15 emails with her for me to cancel the insurance. Basically long story short, they are not crediting me my $215 and I have to wait 10 business days to see if I even get MY money! I spoke with a supervisor and then a manager and no one was of any sort of help to me. The only positive note is a very nice woman at the Howell location who was advocating for me to get my money to the customer service workers. I WILL be closing my account once the dispute is settled. I have banked with Lake Trust for over 5 years and this is the most absurd thing.
