I worked there for a very short amount of time and realized how selfish and rude the owner is. He SPECIFICALLY told me when I asked why don't we call customers for renewals? And he responds with if the customer is dumb enough to not pay attention if their rate increases and doesn't call us and ask then we take their money! When there definitely could be a cheaper price. I've worked for another agency who did things right and took care of their customers and Brian does not. I was fired for asking for a 20 minute break when we are entitled to two 15 minute breaks daily which I never took! Don't work or receive insurance for or from this crooked business owner !!!!! He also refused to pay me after I was fired and never paid me the full amount. Also LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS he says every bad review is "fake" and obviously that is not true.

I get letters from state farm that Nathan and his staff say come from corporate, they have no knowledge? Last and final straw, over the past 5 yrs State farm says I have used my road side service, that I pay for, too many times. 5 times to be exact, in 5 yrs, with 2 separate cars! I had my car and home under them! Well no more, as of the 4th, bye bye state farm! My premium, WITH roadside assistance is over 100$ less! And it seems the email I sent to the office staff stating I was canceling my insurance due to State farms canceling my roadside service in Sept seemed to just pass understanding, of course no one called me to clarify!
